Gorgeous 3-bedroom house in Carsac-Aillac
Ce logement paisible offre un séjour détente pour toute la famille au coeur du Périgord Noir. La maison est située dans un endroit calme, près de la voie verte qui relie Sarlat et Souillac, parfaite pour les balades à pied ou en vélo. Le village de Carsac-Aillac avec tous ses commerces (boulangerie, boucherie, bar, restaurants) se trouve à 15 minutes à pied.
Au rez-de-chaussée, vous trouverez une cuisine entièrement équipée, une grande pièce à vivre. Vous trouverez également une chambre avec un lit "queen size" ainsi qu'une salle de bains. Le deuxième étage est divisée en deux parties dont l'accès se fait par deux escaliers différentes. En montant la première, vous trouverez une chambre avec lit "king size" et une salle de bain attenante. En montant la deuxième escalier, vous trouverez une chambres avec deux lits une personne.
A l'extérieur, vous trouverez un grand jardin, une espace couverte pour manger dehors.
Il y aussi un bureau à votre disposition, avec un bureau électrique assis-debout dans le pigeonnier qui se trouve à coté de l'espace couverte.
