There were dead bugs in all the drawers, floors were filthy, refrigerator and microwave were dirty, bedspread had burn holes, rips and bad stains, pillows were like hard pancakes, floorboards coming away from walls, bathroom floor was dirty, toilets was dirty with hairs on back of seat, 1 set of old hard towels for 2 people, mold on the bottom of shower curtain, internet was very weak, no blanket, AC thermostat wasn’t working and the room was very cold. We checked in around 4, but didn’t return to room til 11, so we checked bed…no bugs, so we slept there. The next morning we checked out. We went to another motel for the rest of our trip. I was told that our money was returned to Orbitz for all 3 nights.
