Decent hotel for the price .. housekeeping could improve

Didn’t like the rear entrance where people smoke right outside the entrance

Nothing, they didn’t have a room at first, and said they didn’t have anything, but I had already booked the room just not pays for it days ahead of time

Professional staff .. clean rooms .. close to restaurants

Both nights I booked the Deluxe King but did not receive, instead received a standard room. Would like to be able to count on refrigerator and microwave when booking.Minor issues with WiFi but was corrected with resetting of router. All else was good and hotel was clean. Should tell persons booking Red Roof with Orbitz that $100 deposit required.

Elevator had limited service. Pool not open. The hotel experience, meh. The Fried Tomato Buffet down the road slaps though.

The door to access the building didn’t work for 2 days .. had to walk around the front

For the price it was ok. Old, out dated, and run down abit. The entrance is very nice. The front desk staff was very nice and friendly, however, I was triple charged. Correction took 1 week, and waiting, with back and forth frustrating conversations. Booking through a third party agency has this kind of side affect. Please improve the training for the hotels you service. I would be grateful. It would go a long ways ensuring the safety of using this service. The laundry room is in a hot basement. Very uncomfortable, but, appreciated. The drive into the hotel's location off hwy 34, needs a green light signal. .

Requirement of an additional $100. for "incidentals" was a surprise and a result of RR's inability to establish a system with on line registration vendors. While it may be on the website, making a reservation on the fly, one tends to miss the small print. This was especially offensive since $100. was almost twice the cost of the room. I am still waiting on the return of $50. from another RR visit 2 years ago. I had forgotten..... I will not be visiting this franchise again. I felt sorry for the desk clerk , she was polite and apologetic .

Brittany at the front desk was great! Room was clean. Continental breakfast was minimal, but still nice for it to be included.

The bedsheets appeared not to you have been change. Floor was dirty and candy bar wrappers behind the chair. That we didn’t put there. Staff was extremely friendly, helpful and apologetic, they took care of the problem for us and we were happy with the stay.

Great location, less than a mile from I-85, right off the road at a stoplight. Across the road is a shopping center with many stores and restaurants. Needed a convenient place to spend the night, and this fit the bill perfectly.

Great stay breakfast buffet needs some more to be desired

Everything was nice and clean. I'm very picky it passed my inspection. No complaints.

I was assigned four rooms before I actually had our own decent enough to stay in. Dirty towels, dirty carpet, smelly

Very convenient and close to shopping center. Quite well kept.

We apologize for the elevator not fully functioning. We had to wait for a part to come in. Since our pool is seasonal it opens from May- September yearly. However we are glad that you were able to enjoy one the several eateries within our location.
