New Luxury & Quiet 2BR Apt with Terrace and Views

Our home offers amazing light filled rooms, and stylish details. It feels lived in, cared for, warm, inviting and inspiring. We love to entertain, and thus have equipped our kitchen well.
A new dehumidifier system keeps air dry and cool in summer.
The spacious living room with two sofas and a flat screen TV is the ideal setting, cool and quiet, where you can relax and chill out.
We have two balconies and a small space to eat in open air.
The apartment is on the 3rd floor (with elevator!) of a very well maintained apartment located in a very green area of Marina di Carrara.
It's a no traffic and parking is easy to find!
Space is 70 sqm (760 sq feet) with 2 bedrooms, bathroom, brand new and fully equipped kitchen, living and dining space plus two large balconies.
Master bedroom has an excellent wooden Queen size bed.
Second bedroom has full size beds and is ideal for kids and teenagers.
Washing machine available on the balcony.
We have a bicycle for our guests to use.
Local tax € 1.5 per person per day to be paid upon arrival.

Vermieterin (Paola) im persönlichen und digitalen Kontakt super freundlich, nett und stets hilfsbereit. Wohnung sehr gut in Lage, Ausstattung und Komfort - alles vorhanden, was benötigt wird. Klimaanlage in Wohn- und Schlafbereichen. Waschmaschine, Bügelbrett (inkl. -eisen) und Kochgeschirr.Zentrale Lage zum Wochenmarkt und Supermarkt (um die Ecke), fußläufig 10-20 Minuten zu Geschäften, Meer ca. fußläufig 20-30 Minuten entfernt.Ort selber direkt an der Autobahn gelegen.Einziges Augenzwinkern für die sehr enge Anwohnerstraße inkl. sehr hohen und alten Zypressen; beschriebener Parkplatz vor Ort zu unserer Buchungszeit nicht verfügbar. Parkplatzsuche im Viertel stets erfolgreich, aber nervig (jedoch immer nur für den Fahrer).Wir haben den Urlaub in Paolas Wohnung und Carrara di Marina genossen.Vielen Dank
