Ground level condo, only one small step at door. Charming dutch door, farm house sink and Coastal Decor. Outside area has table and chairs, recliner and BBQ exclusive to our guests. Boardwalk to beach about 38 seconds from front door to the sand. This unit is located on the bottom floor of a 2 story 4plex in a 12 unit condo complex. Slight ocean view from kitchen window. This condo is for someone that wants super nice and modernized with GE Cafe series appliances and LG Washtower. Love plants and cape cod charm with board and batten and beautiful furnishings.
