Cabin 8 - "Mackinac Point" is 320 square feet with 1 bedroom that will sleep
4, decorated in a nautical/lighthouse theme. This cozy 1 Queen bedroom unit
includes a sleeper sofa, corner desk, private bathroom, and full kitchen with
stove, refrigerator, plates, silverware, cookware, coffee pot, toaster, and
more. **LINENS & TOWELS ARE NOT INCLUDED. **Note: Internet TV is located in
the common Lodge building, for all guests to share. Please call (568)438-8367
for further details.
Please note: Be sure to pack queen size sheets, towels, and shower
necessities, one extra roll of TP is provided. Sheets & towels are available

Small but nice
My partner and I have a lot of food sensitivities so we don’t eat out. The kitchen, fridge etc isn’t the best for that but we made it work. Would definitely stay again.

We had a fantastic time!
The property and cabin was perfect for us as a home base for going to Mackinac Island- We loved the location next to Carp Lake, as well as the friendly managers who came by to drop off our sheets! We overall had a great time.

Overpriced and in the middle of nowhere
The cabin is super tiny and if you open the sofa for the third person it's impossible to move inside the cabin. The photos for this listing include other cabins that are more spacious.
We definitely overpaid due to July 4th which was absolutely not worth it: the space is tiny, this blue cabin is located by the road, has no AC and no shadow from the trees. Next to the cabin is construction of another house with dust and sand.
Lake is down the road and is not conveniently accessible. The owner has kayaks and paddle boards for usage but we were told this on our last day of stay.
They have portable grills that you can drag closer to your cabin but no chairs no table provided for cabin #8 (we had to use our neighbors wooden table with chairs). Wood can be bought at the gas station 10 min drive away.
I would rate this property different if it wasn't so overpriced. Definitely not worth the money we spent.
