Villa Libe is a luxury villa with swimming pool nestled in the green countryside of Carovigno, for vacation rental in one of the most exclusive and unspoiled areas of Puglia, in the province of Brindisi.
The modern-style villa is equipped with all the accessories that make your stay comfortable and pleasant. There are: air conditioning, washing machine, wi-fi internet, hair dryer, mosquito nets, TV and smart TV, alarm system, underfloor heating etc.
The kitchen of the villa is well equipped with electric oven and microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker, dishwasher, toaster, juicer, ice machine etc.
In the large garden, fully fenced and accessible by automatic gate, in addition to the swimming pool with solarium there is an outdoor shower and barbecue.
Villa Libe offers up to 8 beds. Pets are allowed.

Villa Libe is a villa with simple and modern architecture, at the same time refined. The geometric lines are reminiscent of the ancient stone lamia, characteristic of the area, and contemporary and nature come together in total harmony.
 
The exteriors make this villa exceptional, with a patio equipped to enjoy the climate of Puglia and to have lunches and dinners outside with an exceptional view.
 
 
The infinity pool can be heated on request (at extra charge).
The interiors of Villa Libe are comfortable, cozy and bright. On the ground floor a large window provides access to the living room furnished with a sofa, large TV and bookcase. Next to it is the well-equipped eat-in kitchen.
On this floor there are 3 double bedrooms all with en suite shower rooms. The fourth double bedroom with en suite bathroom is located on the upper floor, has independent access and outdoor space with exceptional sea view.
Completing Villa Libe is the fifth bathroom, serving the living area.

Villa Libe is a luxury vacation villa with swimming pool and sea view, where you can fully enjoy the vacations in Puglia under the sign of well-being and freedom. The villa is located in Corte di Ferro, just 2 km from the beaches of the Adriatic Sea, in the territory of Carovigno.
Carovigno is a lovely town with beautiful medieval old town to discover, ancient traditions to know and a coastline renowned for the marine protected area of Torre Guaceto, while Ostuni "the white city" is only 15km away.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Mandatory change at euro 30 per person for stays longer than 10 nights (1 change), for stays longer than 17 nights (2 changes) and for stays longer than 24 nights (3 changes).
- Pool available from May to October.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 90 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Pool heating available at an extra cost of euro 40 per day with a minimum notice of 24 hours.
- Service bathroom in the living area.
