Comfortable villa with total privacy.Consisting of 3 bedrooms,2 double and one twin and 3 bathrooms..Sleeps six plus the possibility of additonal double sofabed with a supplement.
Spacious kitchen living area with flat screen tv,dvd and wifi throughout.
All rooms have airconditioning.
Lots of outdoor space for dining al fresco with a games area for the kids .
There is a mini outdoor gym area with treadmill.
The extra large 14 metre by 7 metre pool is immersed in greenery affording total privavcy to sunbathe swim and unwind in complete peace.It is stunning especially at night when it is illuminated , with the internal lights magically changing colour.There are also outdoor speakers so you can enjoy your favourite tunes.
Adjacent to the villa you will find the old lodge with covered outdoor kitchen and dining area and huge pizza oven for fun nights pizza making .Outside is a lovely terrace and a games area complete with professional style football table and table tennis.

The villa is in the most tranquil of settings surrounded by olive and fruit trees.The location is perfect to explore and enjoy the local area. A 5 minute walk ( or cycle using one of our onsite bikes) will take you to masseria correo where you can purchase lots of zero kilometre goodies from the farm including yoghurt, cheese lamb pork and beef.
They often host pizzica nights in the summer where you can partake in great food, wine and the local pizzica dancing.
Carovigno the closest town has many fantastic restaurants with deliscious local food at very reasonable prices.
Carovigno's local market is on Tuesday mornings to stock up on the freshest fruit, veg ,cheese and meats.
Ostuni the beautiful white city is 10 minutes away, with its huge Saturday market and fabulous choice of bars and restaurants.There is always something going on here in the evenings.
Being just 13 km from the sea there are plenty of sandy beaches nearby including the nature reserve of Torre Guaceto.There are many beautiful coastal towns like Polignano al mare and Gallipoli where you can have a leisurely seafood lunch or dinner looking over the sea.
The unesco Truilli Town of Alberobello and the stunning caves at Castellana Grotte are also a short drive away.
For the kids there is also Fasano Zoo Safari and for the golfers a few courses within easy reach including the stunning San Domenico 18 hole course at Fasano.

A super villa with amazing pool

Everything was very straightforward and Ian was so helpful. The pool is absolutely amazing. We visited Ostuni and Lecce and we are now moving onto Cisternino.

Our stay in Villa Pepe

We (Family with 3 kids in the age of 4,6 and 10) recently spent 2 weeks in villa Pepe and we had a fantastic time. We liked the house, the location and the variety of amenities very much. Ian was a great host, always reachable and responsive. Of course the pool was the highlight for the kids and we overall had a great time. We’ll definitely consider Vila Pepe again when we are in the region. Puglia as such is a lovely area with many highlights and Vila Pepe is located strategically well. Once again many thanks to the local team! Rudi

Perfect holiday villa experience

Everything with Villa Peppe is as good or better than the brochure states. Booking was straightforward with Ian providing quick, friendly and helpful comms all the way through. Check-in was as agreed, no fuss but with a detailed tour of the house and outdoors and always available re any subsequent questions. The owner Giuseppe and his family provided some great touches such as magnificent platters of sandwiches and pizza for our arrival and coffee and pastries on our departure date. Well maintained pool and surround, large with great after dark light system. Great Weber BBQ and pizza oven (lots of bone dry olive tree wood available) plus oven, hob, microwave inside a very well equipped kitchen. Front and back dining areas both large and well shaded. Bedrooms are spacious and well equipped as is the entire interior. Aircon in living area plus all 3 bedrooms - functions well. 30 mins from Brindisi, 60 from Bari and in easy reach of beaches and the historic towns of the Itrea Valley and further south. We all agreed that this is a place we would like to return to.

Stunning villa in a quiet location, with everything for a perfect holiday.

We were a party of 2 couples with 2 teenage boys in tow. This villa provided superbly for all of us. We were given a warm welcome & tour by Ian, and had been left one of the best welcome packs we have ever had - including a tray of sandwiches and selection of Italian breads. Each of the 3 bathrooms had soap, shampoo & shower gel provided. Inside the villa was beautifully clean, well decorated & very well provisioned and included free WiFi. BUT it is the outside of this villa that made for such a wonderful holiday. The front terrace gives sunshine in the morning for breakfast with a view of the pool, and the rear outside kitchen & dining space was perfect for BBQs and pizza in the evening. The pool area is exceptional, lovely large pool, plenty of sunbeds and choice of full sun or shaded areas throughout the day, complete with poolside shower & loo facilities. Guiseppe visited regularly early in the mornings to carry out maintenance & keep the pool clean. He and Ian were perfect hosts, always on hand to help with any queries or problems. When we had a water and electricity issue on the second day, Ian was easy to contact & Guiseppe arrived 15 minutes later to resolve the problem. The villa is in quite a quiet, secluded area but is within easy access of 2 towns for shopping & restaurants. It was also very convenient for getting to all the areas of interest in this part of Puglia. A car is essential. Overall, an absolutely lovely, relaxing holiday; we chilled out very quickly and stayed that way till having to come home! Would certainly have this villa top of our list if we were to return to the area. A big thank you to Ian, Guiseppe & his family.

Exactly as described...perfect!

Ian & Giuseppe were the perfect hosts...nothing was too much trouble and any issues encountered were sorted out very quickly. The villa is exactly as it is described...well thought out, spacious, with good quality fixtures & fittings used throughout...we particularly liked the reclining chairs in the lounge area! The pool in particular was the main focus of our stay and it was great...our teenage children (and us) enjoyed the ability of being able to connect our music (via our mobile phones) to the speakers by the pool...enabling everyone to sunbathe to music. We particularly liked the Guest booklet that Ian & Giuseppe had put together and gave very good local information and maps, ranging from the best beaches to visit to local supermarkets to suggested day's out to best restaurants...we would recommend eating at the 'IL Volcano' restaurant in nearby San Vito Dei Normanni...well worth the several visits we made during our stay!! When we did stay in...the kitchen facilities were great and eating outside made it even more thoroughly enjoyable...the only down side was that we didn't use the outside pizza oven...maybe next year! The villa's location ensured that whole holiday was relaxing and peaceful...exactly why we booked it! We would fully recommend the Villa if you are looking for a quality property in a quiet location...but within easy reach for whatever you want to do! Superbe villa, piscine exceptionnelle et très bon accueil !

Nous avons énormément appréciés cette villa : spacieuse, au calme, sans vis à vis et très confortable et bien équipée, avec 3 chambres bien climatisées. Et particulièrement la très grande piscine, la plus grande et belle piscine rencontrée en 30 ans de locations. Et puis des abords variés permettant de s'allonger au soleil ou à l'ombre, ou bien de s'initier au mini golf ;-) Enfin, mention spéciale à l'accueil de Ian plein d'attentions et de gentillesse. Merci aussi pour la réservation du restaurant pour notre premier déjeuner dans la région. Et le frigo plein de boissons et victuailles à notre arrivée ! Et puis d'autres surprises. Merci

Villa de rêve

Super accueil avec pizzas et boissons fraîches. Hôtes toujours à l'écoute. Villa hyper confortable, très propre et fonctionnelle. Mention spéciale pour l'extérieur de rêve avec une immense piscine et plusieurs jeux (ping-pong, baby-foot, mini-golf,...). Illuminations magnifiques la nuit. La région offre des sites superbes à visiter (Ostuni, Alberobello, Polignano, Otrante, Matera,...) même s'il faut parfois rouler un peu. Bref, en résumé, villa de rêve pour un séjour bien agréable.

een heerlijke villa en fantastische beheerder

De villa ligt op een groot grondstuk met veel olijfbomen, vijgenbomen en pruimenbomen. Het zwembad is echt groot, inclusief verlichting in diverse kleuren (op afstand in te stellen). De villa, de veranda, de omgeving van de villa en het zwembad: alles in perfecte staat en schoon! We werden zeer gastvrij ontvangen door Ian met heerlijke lekkernijen! Ook tijdens ons verblijf was Ian onze steun en toeverlaat als we vragen hadden! Hij reageerde snel op onze app'jes en deed al het mogelijke het naar je zin te maken. Heerlijk gebruik gemaakt van de tafeltennistafel en bij het bijgebouw van het tafelvoetbal. De work-out (hometrainer en loopband) hebben we maar niet gebruikt: het was al warm genoeg! Bij vertrek waren we enkele sleutels vergeten. Geen probleem voor Ian. Nadat hij ons op de hoogte had gesteld van de vondst (wij hadden nog niets gemerkt) heeft Ian ervoor gezorgd dat de sleutels netjes via een koeriersdienst bij ons thuis werden bezorgd. Van vergoeding van de kosten wilde Ian niet weten ("no worries"). We hebben GENOTEN!!!!! We komen zeker terug!

Maison très agréable et confortable pour passer d'excellentes vacances au calme

Extérieurs aménagés avec du goût, terrain spacieux, coin de piscine de rêve ou l'on peut écouter de la musique, douches, WC extérieur. Nous pouvons profiter de la piscine la nuit car les éclairages sont superbes. Nous avons apprécié les tournois de ping pong, les parties de baby foot, et de fléchettes et le four à pizza. Tout y est pour passer de superbes vacances. Ostuni est une ville qui vaut vraiment le détour et se trouve à une dizaine de kilomètres de la villa. L'accueil est très chaleureux, attentionné et disponible. En résumé, nous y retournerions volontiers.

Fint hus med alt man trenger. Rolig beliggenhet med stort og flott bassengområde.

Vi hadde 2 og ei halv uke på denne flotte ferieeiendommen. Alt fungerte utmerket fra vi kom til vi dro. Hyggelige og imøtekommende folk som ønsket oss velkommen med masse mat og drikke som gjorde at vi bare kunne nyte stedet de første par dagene uten å tenke på handling. Huset er utstyrt med alt man trenger og både wifi og aircondition fungerte bra. Bassenget er stort og flott og ble rengjort om morgenene før vi stod opp. Huset ligger sentralt i forhold til mange flotte steder å besøke. Vi fikk med oss steder som Alberobello, Ostuni, Martina Franca, Monopoli, Polignano a Mare, Taranto, Locorotondo i tillegg til de to nærmeste byene Carovigno og San Vito dei Normanni hvor vi også fikk med oss en flott festival med mye liv og lysshow. Pizzaovnen ble ivrig brukt og vi brukte den også til å bake kake en dag. Tomten er full av frukttrær som vi kunne forsyne oss av. Vi har hatt en flott ferie i et spennende område. Dersom du er klar for en ferie i det autentiske Puglia, du ikke er redd for å måtte bruke bil for å fylle kjøleskapet (13 minutter unna et stort og bra supermarked) så er dette et flott sted å være! Vi kan virkelig anbefale både hus, uteområde og region!
