The structure consists of several units.
The main body has an entrance into the living room with an open kitchenette and dining room, from which one passes into a lovely sitting room with sofa and TV. From here you enter the first double bedroom with en suite bathroom, finished with design elements that respect the rustic aesthetics of the farmhouse.
Next to the main body is the dependance in which there are 2 double bedrooms, each with en suite bathroom, ideal to ensure maximum privacy for guests.
Finally, on the upper floor is a charming double bedroom with en suite bathroom.
From here there is access to a wonderful furnishedpanoramic terrace from which to enjoy breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside and the sea.

The center of Carovigno, with its beautiful old town and all the main services, is about 5 km away. The nearest airport is Brindisi airport, located about 20 km away.
 


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 20 per person.
- Pool available from May to October.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 50 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
