Villa Karma is a modern luxury villa with swimming pool, ideal for holidays in Italy,
for relaxation and fun, with family or friends. The villa consists of 2
independent apartments, is characterized by a modern and welcoming
design, is equipped with all modern comforts and accommodates up to 9
guests in total.

Villa Karma you will have the swimming pool with the equipped solarium
area and view on the olive trees, the beaches and the sea just a few
minutes away, the most beautiful historical centers of the Valle d
`Itria just a few kilometers. Villa Karma is a luxury vacation home with
a minimal style where you can spend unforgettable holidays in southern
Italy, in the area of ??Carovigno, in Brindisi.
Next to
the swimming pool there is a solarium area with deckchairs and beds,
masonry seats embellished with soft cushions. A staircase leads to 2
verandas equipped with sitting areas, stone table, chairs and stone
seats where you can have lunch and dinner outdoors with a barbecue.
A lovely villa for an unforgettable stay
Villa
Karma consists of 2 houses equipped with air conditioning, wi-fi
internet, decoder and satellite dish, washing machine, dishwasher,
alarm, stereo, electric oven and microwave. Parking is inside the
property.
The first house has a covered veranda. The
interior of the apartment consists of a living room with a living room, a
kitchen, a double bedroom and a triple bedroom with a bunk bed, plus a
shower bathroom. (5 beds)
The second house is
introduced by a covered veranda. It consists of a living room with
kitchen and living room, 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom, plus a
shower bathroom (4 beds). Both houses are equipped with heating.
Where is Villa Karma, in Southern Italy
Villa
Karma is located in the countryside of Carovigno, very close to the
village of Serranova famous for its vines, and just 3 kilometers from
the beaches of the Adriatic Sea, in the province of Brindisi, in the
Puglia region. It is a few minutes drive from the famous art cities and
the medieval villages of Ostuni, Cisternino and Ceglie Messapica, very
famous for their gastronomic tradition. It is possible to organize
country excursions on request, by bicycle or train, lessons at sailing
school, diving and diving courses.
This is a contemporary villa designed to offer the best comfort to its guests. Located in a strategic position, near the most beautiful sandy beaches of northern Salento, has four bedrooms and two bathrooms offering accommodation for up to 10 guests.

The minimalist style villa is adorned with a beautiful pool, enchanting views of the olive grove, and of the sea, visible in the distance from the terrace. The elevated position ensures coolness of the inside of the structure. Plenty of outdoor living space makes for a superb holiday villa. While two comfortable lounges and terraces with a large table create an inviting al fresco area for relaxing or outdoor eating. 

The interior is divided into two symmetrical apartments: the first one consists of living cum dining room with kitchenette, two bedrooms, one of them is double and the other is triple (single bed and bunk bed with fourth pull-out bed) and a bathroom/shower; the second apartment comprises living room/dining room with kitchenette, a double bedroom (if necessary two beds can be pushed together), a double bedroom and a bathroom / shower. Thus, there are ten sleeps in total. Each room is equipped with air conditioning.

The Villa is the ideal for two groups of friends or two families who want have an enjoyable and comfortable holiday together, without renouncing a privacy guaranteed by the two separate apartments.

The distance from the nearest beaches of Torre Guaceto and Lido Specchiolla is only 2 km that can be reached by bike (thanks to a bikeway). The nature reserve of Torre Guaceto is particulary recommended. For guests can be organized the bike or train rural excursions, sailing school courses, diving and scuba diving courses.

The Villa is also located in a strategic position: the Adriatic highway allows you to move quickly to the southern direction (towards Lecce and south Salento) or north (towards the most famous towns and villages of Brindisi area: Ostuni, Cisternino and Ceglie Messapica). For those who prefer travelling by plane the nearest airport is Brindisi: only 20 km away.

NB: The photos are not updated. The villa has been considerably improved: the flower beds of the terrace have been transformed into the sofa with cushions, next to the pool there is a brick barbecue with sink, was added a big table with chairs under the veranda of the first apartment.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Mandatory change at euro 25 per person for stays longer than 10 nights (1 change), for stays longer than 17 nights (2 changes) and for stays longer than 24 nights (3 changes).
- Pool available from June to September.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 104 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- It is composed by 2 separate houses and shares the street gate and the path to the house with another house, maintaining their own privacy.
