➝ One parking pass is guaranteed and included with your reservation.



Parking Instructions:
Parking pass required; 1 parking spot guaranteed, 2nd spot is first come, first serve. No additional parking passes can be provided due to strict HOA rules and regulations. Any additional vehicles must park in paid public parking. There are public parking lots within walking distance of the condo. Rates are generally $5-6 per hour OR $25 per day. The town is very strict and will give out tickets so make sure to pay through the parking app for additional time.



➝ Per strict HOA rules, Golf carts are not permitted to be kept or left to charge on Carolina Surf Property.



**INCLUDED: Fast WIFI, bathroom toiletries, and beach towels to save you the hassle/cost of renting them separately (valued at 200-300 to rent or buy)



➝ HOA does not allow pets or we would welcome your fur babies.
