This is a shared property. This house is a duplex and the downstairs, ground level, unit is separately rented. Each space has its own private entrance and the spaces are not connected on the interior at all- there is no interior stairwell. There is separate assigned parking. The yard and outdoor shower is shared common space.
Other things to note
We are located next door to The Spot, a local restaurant. Great place to grab a drink, watch a game, or grab a meal. During their business hours they do play music and they have outdoor seating which creates noise. While we don’t find this disruptive during the day we have provided a sound machine in the unit for easy sleeping.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a coffee maker and a dining table.
