Liked: Location
We loved staying for a week at this property. It had a great covered deck to enjoy the sunsets over the marina, and was only a 3 minute walk to the beach. We appreciated the beach towels, chairs, and umbrella provided. The kitchen had everything we needed. Many restaurants were close by, as well as the boardwalk and pier. David was very quick to respond to us when we needed to communicate. All in all, a great place and location to unwind, relax, and enjoy what Carolina Beach has to offer.

Great Stay

Extremely clean & well equipped with incredible sound-side view from balcony. Only drawback was strong musty odor coming from hall bathroom (we think culprit was washing machine even though we left the door open when not in use); running the bathroom fan around the clock made odor manageable.

Beautiful, well-appointed beach condo with so much attention to the details, the little things that helped to make our stay enjoyable and effortless - hair dryers in each bathroom, extra mirrors, beach towels, substantial coffee mugs, just to name a few! Amazing sunset views over the canal and two convenient beach access points just steps from the condo. You will not be disappointed!

Amazing condo and amazing owner

We absolutely loved our stay! The condo was clean and spacious! We had 6 stay and it never felt crammed. The owner got in touch with me before the stay and it was super easy to get in contact with him while we were there. Responded within 5 minutes every time! It was also nice having beach chairs and umbrellas on site! We usually have to bring them from home and it is such a hassle! We loved not having to worry about it on this trip! Carolina Beach Vaca

It was great to have the options of a pool or the beach. The condo was very spacious and all paper products were available. The landlord (David) was quick to respond to any questions. The only negative i have, the upstairs neighbors had many children and a dog. Alot of noise
