View is amazing. House is clean (but dated so some stains in baths and fridge). Towels were nice. Love that there’s a pull off shower nozzle. We were split on mattress comfort. 3 of us loved them (soft). 2 didn’t. Kitchen is well stocked but pots/pans need replacing. Direct access to beach and access to pool were awesome. Plenty of seating at dining (12) and counter bar (4). Smoke detector went off at 9pm with dead battery chirps. After hours and manager responded and took care of it quickly. Over all very good rental.

Very good experience, house is very clean. Within walking distance of the boardwalk. Would give it 5 stars if the exterior decks,stairs and beach access were maintained. Wood is in decent shape just nail heads popping up creating trip hazards.

Wonderful location and comfortable home with many amenities! We really enjoyed our week at Shore to Relax. The views and the pool were fantastic. The beds were comfortable and we had plenty of room. The kitchen had most items; we cooked plus used the grill. Highly recommend!

It was a nice stay, plenty of space for our group of 9 (3 teens and 6 adults) We enjoyed ourselves for the week. Beds were comfortable, more than enough towels and fansThere were a few maintenance things that could be addressed. The stove hood leaks water for some reason, maybe condensation. Popped up nails in the boardwalk to the beach, stairs and porch (hurt when barefoot and typically barefoot going to the pool or beach)

Perfect family accommodations for a medium sized family. My two children and two grandchildren fit perfectly in the 4 bedrooms. TV in all rooms and associated bath rooms. The one thing that might be improved is the size of the second bath room an associated accoutrements. Otherwise, perfect VRBO.

Summer vacation

Ocean view was great, climbing the stairs not so much. The weather was decent aside from the rainy days. The couches in the living room area coud use an upgrade just more comfortable to sit on. Other than that is was a great stay

Exactly as listed

This was a great stay with no surprises. Ot was as the listing stated. It is not 5 star but listing doesn't state that... it is lived and loved in. Pro... clean, ready check in, right on beach, nice porch, outdoor shower off worked well, called maintenance for sink and they fixed it quickly. Cons... stains on couch... we just layed down a blanket, fire pit didn't work (but i never called maintenance), outdoor actual showers need attention... we did not use them. Would be nices.... steps up the dune like other homes, take away small rugs in bathroom and provide towels (unless rugs are washed after every stay).

Location

This house is close to the boardwalk at Carolina Beach, easy to walk to, or bike to, which is great during the busy season as parking is at a premium. A 15 minute drive down to the Aquarium at Fort Fisher, a great place to take the kids, just remember that you now need a reservation.

Beautiful location/ cleanliness questionable

The location of the property is amazing. According to the ad roadside deck was located in the king room however it was in the queen room. I checked in on Sunday and notified that I would have to bring trash to curb which was overflowing (which was from previous tenants.) Whoever cleaned units should’ve been responsible for trash removal. However, with me being a senior climbing the sand dunes was quite difficult. A suggestion is making the walkway longer with possible lighting. Beds were too soft and uncomfortable for my back. The tv in living room was in Spanish (not sure if previous guest changed settings). The tv wasn’t logged on Hulu like all other tvs. On the last couple days of my stay there was multiple cockroaches inside the home. The living room covers on furniture was stained/dirty. Outside of these complaints the location and access to the beach is amazing.

Awesome location. Small rental!

We loved the location. The rental was ok. The second bathroom was smaller than expected. The kitchen was not equipped for big meals. Pans need replaced. Overall it was a great week at Carolina Beach.
