When you're planning a trip for a large group, the right home makes all the difference.

Carolina Calm makes planning a large beach trip feel easy. This oceanfront home sleeps up to 24 guests with 9 bedrooms, multiple gathering spaces, and direct beach access.

Wake up to the sound of waves, step onto the deck with your morning coffee, and watch the sun rise over the Atlantic. Spend the afternoon by the pool or down on the sand just steps away. In the evenings, gather for dinner, a game night, or a quiet moment on the wraparound deck as the sky softens over the water.

-Private saltwater pool and outdoor living spaces

-Direct beach access via private walkway (no roads to cross)

LAYOUT & ACCESS

Understanding how a home flows is important when coordinating a large group. Here's how Carolina Calm is arranged.

SECOND & THIRD FLOORS

These two levels connect internally and serve as the main shared living space.

-Full kitchen

-Dining area with ocean views

-Living room designed for gathering

-Bedrooms and bathrooms across both floors

-Interior staircase connecting the 2nd and 3rd floors

-Elevator access

-2nd floor ocean-facing balcony off primary king bedroom

-3rd floor wraparound oceanfront deck with panoramic water views

-360° water views

This layout allows the group to come together for meals and conversation while still having separate sleeping spaces.

FIRST FLOOR

The first floor functions as its own private suite within the home.

-3 bedrooms

-2 full bathrooms

-Full kitchen

-Living and dining space

-Private exterior entrance

-Ocean-facing & intracoastal waterway facing balconies

There is no interior stair connection to the 2nd & 3rd floors, which many groups appreciate for added privacy.

The elevators open into a covered ground-level alcove, allowing easy access between all levels without needing to go outdoors.

OUTDOOR LIVING

Much of the trip will likely be spent outside enjoying the ocean air.

-Private saltwater pool with spacious deck

-Poolside tiki bar for shade and refreshments

-Outdoor fire pit for evening conversations

-Two outdoor showers for rinsing off after the beach

-Private walkway directly to the sand

-Enjoy convenient outdoor cooking with our electric grill featuring a flat-top griddle, available for guest use during your stay. Perfect for preparing breakfast, burgers, and other favorites!

Because the home sits directly on the oceanfront, the beach is only steps away—no roads to cross and no long walks carrying chairs or coolers.

KITCHENS & DINING

Cooking for a large group should feel easy, not stressful.

The home includes two full kitchens designed to handle shared meals and family gatherings.

Each kitchen includes:

-Oven (double oven in upper 3rd floor kitchen)

-Microwave

-Dishwasher

-Ample counter space

Ocean-view dining areas create a comfortable setting for group breakfasts, holiday meals, or casual dinners together.

FAMILY-FRIENDLY COMFORTS

Families traveling with children will find several helpful touches already in place.

-Pack & Play available

-High chair and booster seat

-Indoor games for both kids and adults

These small details help make group travel feel smoother and more relaxed.
