Come stay at North Pier Ocean Villas, a brand new luxury condominium located in Carolina Beach. This condo offers stunning ocean views, modern coastal decor, and top-notch amenities for a relaxing getaway. Conveniently located by the Carolina Beach Pier and Tiki Bar as well as Freeman Park this condo offers room for 6 with a full sized kitchen, private balcony with views of the ocean and a heated pool and hot tub available year round. In addition there is free parking for 2 cars and smart TVs in each bedroom as well as and high-speed wifi.
This condo is on the first floor with easy access to the elevator or stairs. There is a storage unit for beach items located by your car to make your trip as smooth as possible. So you can either walk out to the beach via the nearby access or drive out with your 4x4 onto Freeman Park for a relaxing beach getaway.
In addition to the tiki bar, the pier has a bar/lounge, snack cafe, fireworks each week, firepit rentals and live music. You'll have a perfect view of the fireworks from the balcony.
Located just 1.8 miles from the boardwalk there are many activities, restaurants and bars nearby. This condo is family friendly as well as perfect for a couple's retreat.

Family time at the beach
Beautifully appointed with everything we needed for a few days at the beach. Easily accessible and the host provided great suggestions on case of rain. We loved getting to hear the ocean from the condo!

Super easy check in. Gorgeous two bedroom condo with large, modern bathrooms and kitchen. We used the “kid room” for our adult daughter and it was perfect for our little family. We are an older couple. The beach & pool access was as easy as could be and very quiet/peaceful. The parking was easy to access in proximity to the condo. We absolutely loved the balcony that provided great ocean sounds and cozy seating. We would highly recommend!

Amazing Views
Took a short little family trip with the teens and the place did not disappoint. Amazing views of the sun rise coming up over the ocean. Well pretty much amazing views any time of the day . Easy walk to the left of the pool to get down to the beach except during high tide there’s not much of a beach area in that particular spot . But it’s not high tide all the time . Would definitely go back if the opportunity arises.

This condo is exactly as it was described! It’s beautiful, a wonderful location, quiet, and beautifully decorated. I felt very comfortable and very at home. If possible, I would have extended my stay and will absolutely go back!

We decided as a family group to take a trip so after deeply researching and researching I'm glad I told this place the location is nestled on the n Street oceanfront a minute access to the beach the grounds are extremely well you have convenience parking and the people are wonderful I had the greatest time of my life and I think all of my family members did as well I definitely will be back next time it'll be me and my boyfriend only
