Come visit our beautiful 3BR/3.5BA townhouse in Carolina Beach with golf cart, private elevator, 3 stories + 4th floor deck with peaking ocean views! Location in walking distance to the ocean! But why walk when you have access to a golf cart? Golf Cart has parking pass to park anywhere on island for free (HUGE SAVINGS). What’s great about this townhouse is all the amenities it offers!

The space:
-Master bedroom with queen size bed + master bath with jet tub (amazing)
-Second bedroom 2 single beds + full bath.
-Downstairs suite includes queen bed + full bath with plenty of privacy.
-Downstairs suite includes queen sized pull out couch to sleep a total of 4 in downstairs suite.
-Living Room has a brand new queen sleeper sofa able to sleep 2 more.
-We also have a queen sized air mattress that allows a total of 12 people we are able to accomodate.
-Full-equipped kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances.
-Half bath

- Upper “Chill Deck” with peaking ocean views complete with bistro table and lounge area (perfect for coffee in the morning, laying out, also where I like to do yoga, or listen to waves)
- Garage with access to golf cart, beach chairs, and umbrellas.

- 3-4 parking spaces available depending on size of vehicles.

- Smart TV in living room with roku and wii. The room on first floor has TV with roku .
- Wifi + desk/ work space in primary suite.
- Fully equipped Kitchen including: dishwasher, microwave, toaster, blender, fridge, stove, oven, dishware, silverware, cooking supplies. Etc.
- Coffee maker Keurig and regular, coffee and tea is provided (and cream and sugar)
- We also provide a bowl of fresh fruit and bottle of wine upon arrival!

Fresh linens, towels are provided.
The garage includes an arrangement of beach chairs, umbrellas and beach toys for your enjoyments.

Interaction with guests:

For your convenience, we provide you with easy access to the house via our smart lock with a specific link given to each set of guests.

We live only 7 mins away. We are available if needed and have phone numbers available. We try very hard to have the property 100% maintained, clean, and ready for your arrival. If you notice anything that needs our attention or have any questions, please give us a call.
