Our newly renovated, fully furnished, spacious 2 bedroom beachfront condo on the second floor, sleeps 6 with a comfy King size bed in the Master suite, Queen size bed in the second bedroom, and Queen size sleeper sofa in the living area with a spectacular ocean view from the private beachfront balcony and everything you need to unplug and relax.

Parking was very tight, and if it rains you will get wet sitting on the deck. The unit was nice and clean. The beds were very comfortable. Having to pay to park for shopping or eats was very annoying

Very nice condo with ample parking (2 spaces) and amenities not often included without extra cost such as all paper products, towels, linens, beach towels and even coffee. Very clean, own walkway to beach, and fully stocked with all that you might need...even beach chairs. Excellent communication with the owners, easy access and perfect for a week at the beach.

Oceanfront Gem!

Our trip and stay was wonderful. The condo was as shown. Nicely decorated and well stocked with everything. And dog friendly. The ocean is right in front of you! Theres a nice balcony to watch the sunrise from, or sit and read or have a glass of wine. Also a balcony street/canal side which you can catch some of sunset. The directions were great and the notebook of information about home covered everything including grocery shopping and dining close by. Parking was easy in and out. We barely drove anywhere. Our stay was just myself, my daughter and our dog. We pretty much spent all day on the beach and walked in the mornings and evenings. Super hot week but the ocean was perfect temperature. The beach also very clean. We only had one AC hiccup the day before leaving and the owners were responsive right away, as was there contractor. Was all resolved in under 3 hours. I'd say the only thing that needs a little more step by step instruction is the tv remotes...we figured out enough to watch a little bit but mostly read. The building is also quiet hours after 10 p.m.-ish which is nice. 2nd floor condo, you can hear a little foot traffic above you at times but was mostly quiet. For us this was a perfect week. I would 100% recommend and stay again!

The photos really don’t do this condo justice. The view is incredible. The walk to the beach couldn’t be easier. The beds are super comfortable. And they really provide everything you could need. Highly recommend staying here!

Perfect beach condo

We loved this place and hope to stay there again. It was very well furnished with almost everything we could want. The kitchen has plenty of dishes and cookware and even a great selection of spices. There were plenty of towels and extra bedding. We also made good use of the beach supplies and storage area. Best of all is the location and view- right on the beach and a short walk to the boardwalk. 2 roomy parking spots also came in handy. It was great being able to bring our dog. We also loved the 2 covered balconies. The owner was very responsive and had a nice book of local information inside the unit. All of the appliances are in good working order and we also loved being able to check in at 3 with plenty of time to enjoy the beach upon arrival. Highly recommend this property.

Dream vacation!

We couldn’t have asked for a better vacation spot; it was absolutely perfect for what we needed/wanted. The private boardwalk to access the beach was amazing, and the property was a short drive to grocery stores, fantastic restaurants and coffee shops. The amenities in this place were great- we appreciated our own washer/dryer and the second bathroom with a tub. Loved sitting out on the deck with coffee or wine to watch the waves. Check in and check out process very streamlined, something we greatly appreciated. We will absolutely be back! Thank you for such a great experience!

Relax at Carolina Beach

Perfect location for a relaxing stay at Carolina Beach. Very convenient to area attractions and lovely beach waterfront to enjoy. All the comforts of home were available at this condo… we especially made use of the wonderful kitchen with everything needed for cooking meals. So nice we could have our puppies with us on this trip!

Beautiful View

This property was exceptionally clean and well-provisioned. We were so happy to be able to bring our 2 beach loving yorkies too. They really enjoyed the beach before 9 AM and after 5 PM and even hosing off before coming inside. Just beware it is 2 flights of stairs! That was not a problem except when unloading after arrival or loading up at departure. The only thing that we did not like was the 9 AM departure. We understand about needing extra time to clean, especially with COVID, but this is much earlier than any other VRBO property whete we have stayed before. To be fair, we never even asked if we could have an extra hour so we can't fault the hosts for anything. The property is lovely, in good repair and very well stocked. Thank you Alyssa and Nate for letting us stay!

Excellent Vacation Property

Initial entry, the property was clean and smelled clean. Bed linens were fresh and clean. Walking out of the sliding doors on the spacious deck provided beautiful ocean views unobstructed from the sand dunes that are probably blocked for the guests on the floor below. Don’t run to the store for supplies until you check the cabinets in the kitchen. You’ll be amazed at what is already there! K-cups for the Keurig were nice and convenient. Aluminum foil was nice too so clean up want required after throwing some baked foods in the oven. The hallway shower has shampoo, conditioner and body wash dispenser hanging in the shower wall. I can almost bet the body wash was Dove so not some cheap wash. Always has hot water. Bars and restaurants are in walking distance, that was really nice. Property is at lifeguard stand 25, boardwalk is 19 I think. Easy walk along the beach or sidewalk. The north end pier Tiki Bar is about a 30 minute walk, according to my buzzing memory. You could also call for a golf cart taxi for $5 to anywhere in the area which is cool. Restaurants seem to be reeling from lack of labor or something, didn’t have the best experience in any place I went. I’ll blame that on the pandemic recovery. Overall, book this if you’re looking for low key, family and pet friendly vacationing! If you’re looking to party late, this town goes to bed early.

Unfortunately we ran into some high winds and cold weather unexpected for this May week. We made the best of it with playing cards inside, watching TV and scouring the town leaving with only 2 days of beach time. The 9am check out was demanding.

Perfect getaway

We stayed for almost 2 weeks- perfect location to work remotely. The internet worked great for virtual meetings and the view from the balcony was amazing. We could just sit and listen to the ocean to unwind and relax. Owners responded quickly to questions. We can’t wait to go back.

This property was very well maintained! Having your beach front access and cleanliness at 100%. I felt at home away from home. My kids loved the pretty decorations and games to play during the between beach visits during our stay. Location is within walking distance of the boardwalk. Check in was simple check out was as well. Property manager responded to all of my questions so fast and friendly! Being a Customer Service Manager I appreciated that hospitality a lot. The bed in the master bedroom slept like I was on a cloud! Even K cups and soap and shampoos and lotions were supplied. I felt spoiled for the weekend. Would most definitely book this again! Hopefully really soon actually.

Perfect Location

This property has it all! Amazing Views, excellent location, plenty of space, reliable internet (as we work “from home”) and some little things that made our stay more enjoyable. The only criticism I can offer directly relates to the beach pet policy. Please review before bringing Fido to the shore. Otherwise you will be disappointed.
