Your holiday rental includes on the ground floor: a large living room-kitchen (with TV and radio) opening onto the private terrace, a lounge-veranda also opening onto the private terrace, a bathroom with shower, a separate toilet, a corridor-laundry room. Upstairs: 3 large bedrooms with 2 beds 90x190, 2 beds 140x190), a bathroom with shower, a separate toilet, a dressing room, a relaxation lounge with TV at the end of the mezzanine. At the back of the cottage: private space composed of a gravelled courtyard (parking) of 80 m², a lawn of 80 m² and a tiled terrace of 33 m², all overlooking the fields and the surrounding Breton countryside. During the day, on the courtyard side, the owner at home runs a small vintage flea market-café. In a pretty old stone farmhouse, adjoining gîte to the owner and with very beautiful volumes. There is no shortage of walks on site, starting with the famous Valley of the Saints 800 m! Very close to the Finistère border, this country is full of forests, valleys, chapels and other calvaries which enhance your stay during your outings. Other detours are to be made like the Corong gorges 15 km away, the house of the Brittany spaniel in Callac 11.5 km away without forgetting the many bodies of water and the Nantes-Brest canal. For the more active and invigorating, Carhaix offers you 15 km away: 9-hole golf course, water play area, sports and orienteering course, adventure course and plant labyrinth, equestrian center, cultural center, ... The vacation home is heated and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a TV and stay connected with free WiFi.
