The Space:

This quaint property is a cute family cabin in North Lake Tahoe. The cabin has a brand new wrap-around deck with a beautiful hot tub for your enjoyment! Large front and back yard creates the perfect space for pets or little ones to run around. The living area is warm and inviting with a wood-burning stove for those colder days. 



All bedrooms have upgraded beds. The master bedroom has a queen bed with nearby full bathroom. The bunk room has a full/twin bunk. The bunk room is a comfortable place for kids or adults to sleep. At the end of hallway is the third bedroom with queen bed and just outside the door is a full bathroom.



This property recently added a brand new hot tub and wrap around deck! Guests can enjoy and relax in the hot tub after long days at the lake or on the ski hill.



Location, Location! Triple C offers access to beautiful beaches, biking and hiking as well as being minutes away from Gar Woods Grill & Pier, which is located next to a dog-friendly public beach... Or venture to any of the world class ski resorts to enjoy skiing, snowboarding, restaurants and activities. 



All ABP vacation rentals come equipped with high-speed Internet, linens, towels, kitchen supplies (toaster, coffee pot, dishes, pots/pans, utensils), washer/dryer and BBQ (summer only). If you have special requests, please let us know.

On March 11th 2022, Placer County implemented a new Short Term Rental Ordinance which is very important for guests to abide by. Fines range from $1,500 - $5,000 and can be issued to guests who are not in compliance. CLICK HERE to view the full list of policies.



Some Highlights Include:

   •Quiet hours are from 9pm to 8am. No noise shall be heard across property lines. No outdoor speakers or amplified sound.

   •Dogs must be leashed at all times when outside of a property and all pet waste needs to be picked up.

   •Parking is limited to the following number of spaces: 3



Due to extreme fire danger - the use of any outdoor firepit or fireplace is stricly prohibited at any of our rental properties. All charcoal or wood-burning BBQ's are strictly prohibited. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to keep our community safe from wildfires.
The cabin is heated and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a coffee maker.

The property was clean and well maintained, and the hot tub was great after chilly nights on the lake. One of our favorite parts was all the wildlife that showed up on the property. This place conveniently located near anything you need! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there.

We had a wonderful time at this dog friendly cabin in carnelian bay! We loved the backyard and so did our three dogs. We took daily walks & bike rides around the neighborhood which was so nice during the day or after dinner! The kitchen came with everything you need, including Tupperware for leftovers, aluminum foil, bags and even dishes for babies! Great location and nice neighbors too.

Tahoe Stay

We have been doing Tahoe at Thanksgiving for 3 yrs now. My wife passed this year and my kids (grown) wanted to come up to continue the tradition she hoped to start. We have stayed at different places each year. This by far was our fave. The house was not big or flashy but it was perfect. Appointments were helpful and not overdone. Cozy and comfortable. Beautiful yard(tho we had snow around it. ) The location was perfect. Close to lake. Close to supermarket. Easy to get to Truckee.. The only drawback is if it had snowed alot it would of been tough getting in and out if you didn’t have a truck. The neighborhood was absolutely beautiful as well. We all walked multiple times daily and it was perfect. Hope to return next year. Mgmt was responsive and helpful.

It was a wonderful place and the property manager was great and helpful I had never rented a Vrbo before and thought I did something wrong a few days before we were supposed to leave and he called me up after hours to talk to me and helped me out letting me know everything is booked correctly and that meant alot
