Remodeled 3 Bedroom - Hot Tub, 2 Car Garage

Centrally located in Agate Bay, this three bedroom/two bath North Tahoe rental cabin features an over-sized attached two car garage, new hot tub off the back deck, vaulted ceilings, extra loft living space area with flat screen TV, and open floor plan for easy conversations. In the winter, the home is centrally located to Northstar, Alpine Meadows, and Palisades Tahoe.

*For larger groups including weddings and family reunions, the vacation rental is three houses down from the Butterfield Pet Friendly Rental Home.

All Agate Bay Realty vacation rental properties are fully equipped with free high speed wireless internet, linens, bath towels (equal to the maximum occupancy of the house), pots/pans, dishes, microwave, coffee pot, blender, toaster, TV/TV's with streaming services, washer & dryer and barbecue (many are only usable in the summer). The house will also provide a starter set of toilet paper, soap, and paper towels.

Our family had an amazing time in Tahoe and loved having this house as our base camp. Everything was as advertised and well equipped to cook dinners or prepare our meals and lunches before heading out for the day. There was plenty of space indoors and out for our family of 5. The kids enjoyed the hot tub, foosball and cornhole. It’s a leisurely walk down to the water but very enjoyable through the neighborhood and close to mini-golf and a coffee place.
