Maximum Occupancy: There shall be no gatherings, events, weddings or other group functions on the Premises with more people than the number of persons stated on the Agreement. Parking: Parking on the street is prohibited at all times. All cars, boats, and trailers must be parked in the garage and/or driveway.
Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are 9pm-8am, seven days a week, Noise carries easier and further in higher elevations and over water. Per the ordinance: No sound from the vacation rental home shall be audible from the parcel line during this time. Noise shall be minimized in order that it not be an unreasonable annoyance, disturbance or nuisance to neighbors.
Lights Out: All exterior lights that are not needed for safety must be turned off between the hours of 10pm-7am, seven days a week. Per the Ordinance: All exterior lights must be turned off that are not needed for safety or other outdoor use to the extent that such other outdoor use is not an unreasonable nuisance to neighbors.
Red Flag Warnings: Due to extreme fire danger, bonfires, charcoal barbecues and wood-burning fire pits are strictly prohibited. On Red Flag Warning Days, when fire hazards are especially dangerous, typically due to dry conditions and high winds, additional restrictions are imposed by the North Tahoe Fire Protection District and prohibited. You cannot use outdoor gas grills or gas fire pits during Red Flag Warnings. All outdoor fires are prohibited, both gas and wood. It is your responsibility to be informed of Red Flag Warnings. You will see signs on the front of all fire district stations, hear about it on the news, see it on social media and hear about it on the radio.
Winter Driving Many highways, access roads and/or driveways are steep in Tahoe/Truckee and may be icy in the winter. To ensure your safety, it is critical that during November 1st - April 30th brakes, windshield wipers, defroster, heater and exhaust system are in top condition. Tires need to be properly inflated and the tread must be in excellent condition. Always carry tire chains, even if driving an AWD/4WD vehicle. Summer Patio Furniture Patio furniture is available for your use during summer months only. All outdoor tables, chairs and loungers are put into storage in the fall, in order to protect the furnishings from winter weather. Barbecue grills, however, do remain outside for your enjoyment.
Black bears are very common in this area and have become habituated to human food and garbage. Because bears no longer have a strong fear of humans, you may encounter bears during your spring, summer and fall stays. Feeding bears is illegal. Leaving food outside, trash accessible, or doors and windows unlocked is likely to cause significant property damage to homes and to vehicles. Fantastic Stay
We had a wonderful time at this house - the view was stunning. With all the activities we had planned, we were disappointed that we didn't get to relax and enjoy the home more. It was well stocked, the bedding was luxurious and comfortable, plenty of space for the 8 of us! The upstairs room above the garage was perfect for the two teenagers. Looks like the bunk bed was replaced with a Queen so we also used the sofa bed. Incredible house! We will be back!

Dream home with the best views
This home is absolutely stunning with the most amazing of views. The home has been renovated using great workmanship and planning with high-end finishes throughout. The kitchen is amazing and has everything you can want or need, including two dishwashers. The appliances looked new. Everything was spotless. Great furniture, including beds with luxurious bedding! We loved using the hot tub on the deck while it snowed! The views truly are something! I had the best experience with the property management team leading up to our visit. Jennifer was super responsive and accommodating. Danni from concierge took great care of us and helped arrange the most amazing meal prepared by D'lish, delivered to our door the first evening of our stay. I can highly recommend this home and the Tahoe Luxury Properties team. We would stay in this home again in a heartbeat!

Please share our compliments with the owners! The place is PERFECT! We had high expectations… the house EXCEEDED THEM on all fronts. Incredible views, warm/comfy design, spacious, super nice instructions for everything… great comfy beds and nice sheets… loved the provided Aveda bath products… and the amazing hike/bike TRAILS right from the neighborhood were a fantastic surprise! We would be thrilled to stay there again and will reco to our friends.

Amazing views and amenities!
The pictures are fantastic but the actual views and house are even more amazing! We stayed for Thanksgiving and the double ovens, warmed drawer and double dishwashers made everything so easy! We had a great vacation! One thing that is not noted in the VRBO listing is that the price is a cash price and credit cards were an added fee.

Great weekend in Tahoe/Carnelian Bay
Stayed at this property this past weekend with a few friends. We were all extremely impressed with the property’s condition- identical to what we’d envisioned from the photos. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment and dining ware, linens and towels were fresh, and the house itself was very clean. The drive to Squaw Valley was around 15-20 minutes in the morning. Highly recommend!

Gorgeous House - Great for Multiple Families
We really enjoyed this house! The open kitchen, dining, living room has plenty of room for everyone to both hang out together and keep a bit of separation.
While parents can sleep in the bedrooms with king and queen beds, the kids have plenty of room in the loft above the garage.
The hot tube and grill were also nice touches - they both worked great.

Family Ski Vacation
We loved everything about the house! The layout was great, the location and view were amazing and we really enjoyed our time there. On top of everything, the neighbors were super friendly and helpful during the big snow storm that hit while we were there. What a great place to be snowed in!
