Renovated apartment, bright, in a quiet area



Carnac is situated in the heart of the bay of Quiberon that is also protecting it, near the Gulf of Morbihan. This seaside resort is called “Reine du Morbihan”. Along its large beaches in between maritime pines you can find old residences and villas. The region offers a rich historical heritage thanks to its numerous standing stones (megaliths).



Located in Carnac-Plage, in the second floor of a residential complex, 300 meters from the beach Beaumer/ Men Dû, 150m from the supermarket and 1000m from the city centre of Carnac-Plage.



Studio apartment (25 sqm) and an attic room upstairs in duplex, a balcony, Main exposure south.



-Living room with a T.V, a Hi fi system, a convertible sofa for 2 people, 1 Sofa/Meridian Sofa, Bay window opening to the balcony with garden furniture.

-Equipped Kitchen in a corner of the room: induction hob, oven, refrigerator, a Dishwasher, a Coffee machine and Nespresso Machine, Toaster.

-Bathroom: Bathtub, Wash-basin, Washing machine. Separated Toilets

-Attic room upstairs for a bedroom (access by the stairs from the Living room). Can be used as extra bedding for a Teenager.
