La maison est correcte mais petite
La maisons ne dispose pas d’une salle de bain en rdc contrairement au descriptif
La douche est dans le garage avec un seuil important.
Les photos sont très avantageuses la surface des pièces est bien plus petite que les photos peuvent le laisser supposer. Pas de stationnement possible sur la propriété.

Disliked: Cleanliness
L’annonce ne correspond pas à la réalité du bien.
La maison est très bien placée mais il serait nécessaire d’y faire un bon rafraîchissement. La cuisine est vraiment dans son jus, la chambre parentale trop petite en tous points (le lit est probablement plutôt un 130), la porte d’entrée de la maison ne ferme pas à clé donc on ferme le portail du jardin. Sans être pointilleux, nous avons été contraints de relaver la plupart de la vaisselle qui n’était pas propre. Par ailleurs il n’y a véritablement qu’une seule salle de bain, la 2e étant en réalité plutôt une douche pour se rincer de la plage dans le garage. Point positif: l’agence de location s’est montrée très compréhensive, disponible et réactive.
