Comfortable 3-room apartment located on the 1st floor, in the immediate vicinity of the heart of Carnac-Plage. Ideal accommodation for staying in the Bay of Quiberon and enjoying the beach and local attractions. Shops and restaurants are just a few steps from the accommodation, the Grande-Plage is only 250 m away. The supermarket is located 900 m away, the town of Carnac-Ville and its market are 1.5 km away. Auray and its train station are about fifteen kilometres away.



Spacious duplex of approximately 65 m², located on the 1st floor of a small residence. It comprises:



At the first level:

- An entrance with storage cupboard;

- A living room with sofa, television, console serving as a desk, dining table for 6 people, bay window overlooking a large south-facing balcony-terrace;

- An open kitchen with all equipment: 3-burner induction hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, washer-dryer, electric coffee maker, toaster, microwave and kettle;



Upstairs:

- Bedroom with 160 cm bed, wardrobe with hanging space, valet;

- Bedroom with 160 cm bed, 1 additional bed of 80 cm, large storage wardrobe;

- A bathroom with WC.
