Large apartment in residential area

Property was generally as described and we enjoyed our stay, with good weather helping. At the time of booking, we had not realised that a second agency was involved which added another layer of fees, nevertheless we felt, and still feel, the property would be good value. The damage deposit was a hefty Euro 1,000 which was pre-authorised on my credit card and still outstands 12 days after our departure, despite an email 3 days ago reminding them. We were also surprised at the amount of part-used groceries in the well-equipped kitchen.

Décevant - Logement vieillot et peu entretenu

Nous avons séjourné en famille et avons été déçus par cette location. Pas de ménage entre les locataires (service non proposé quand nous l'avons demandé à l'agence) > logement assez sale, taies d'oreillers et alèses très sales, jaunies. Matelas qui ne semblent pas avoir été aspirés depuis des lustres. Beaucoup de poussière, toiles d'araignées, moustiques/moucherons morts sur les murs et plafonds. Logement vieillot et manquant visiblement d'entretien > ampoule qui ne fonctionne pas, prise arrachée du mur, latte de volet manquante, meubles de jardins cassés et vétustes, trou dans les murs, joints de salle de bain noirs, carrelage cassé ... Il semble que les propriétaires stockent dans cette location ce dont ils ne se servent plus > un vieux piano qui encombre la chambre avec les lits superposés, cuisine très chargée (poeles noires, vieilles casseroles, des dizaines de vieux éléments de vaisselle inutiles). Placard dans le couloir encombré. Dans la salle de bain du bas, pas très pratique de se doucher dans une baignoire qui n'a ni panneau ni rideau de douche Pas de placard dans 2 des 4 chambres. Attention, la chambre du haut est une fournaise en cas de fortes chaleurs. Maison en bordure d'une avenue passante > il ne faut pas craindre les bruits de circulation. Quelques points positifs néanmoins : grande terrasse agréable pour les repas, électroménager récent, 15 min à pieds de la plage, agence de location réactive et personnes agréables.

Ordentliche Unterkunft mit super Terasse, Küche/Badezimmer (unten) etwas abgerockt! Lage gut; Besitzer und Familie sehr hilfsbereit ! Vermietservice : na ja! Fehlende Fremdsprachenkenntnisse!
