I turned up quite late in the day and was welcomed to this lovely B&B. Beautiful views around the property and the rooms and breakfast area have been decorated to a very high standard. But the best bits are the bed/bedding and the breakfast. I stay in 80/90 hotels a year a this is the most comfy by a mile. I overslept but they still put breakfast on for me later than planned. I will be visiting again. Lovely host and staff beautiful setting.

The room was first class with everything I needed the staff were very helpful and the breakfast was excellent.I would fully recommend Belstane Manor.
