Lower level of large beautiful home on 40 acres of rolling hills with lakeshore on Hay Lake surrounded by towering pines. Includes 2 bedrooms, 1 roomy bathroom, a well-stocked kitchen with new cabinets, countertops and appliances, and a cozy living room with a gas fireplace and large windows looking out onto the patio. Also, reliable high-speed wi-fi and satellite TV with 240+ channels, and in-floor heat.
Summer activities: Large patio with gas barbecue grill for enjoying the outdoors, walking/hiking trails right out your door, campfire pit, lakeshore and dock on Hay Lake good for canoeing and kayaking. Enjoy multiple gorgeous flower gardens, water fall, and fountain. Two adult bicycles and one kayak are available at no charge. Swimming pool use is available for an additional charge. Bring your golf clubs and practice driving your ball across the field!
Winter activities: Enjoy the in-floor heat throughout the house and the gas fireplace in the living room. Also, cross-country ski and snowshoe on the property and on the lake.
