The lagoon-front complex offers a sunny shared pool where you can relax and sits around a mile from Tamarack State Beach. Carlsbad's quaint shops and restaurants await a little over a mile away.

The condo has a single-story, spacious floor plan with lots of room to spread out. Outdoor space includes your ocean-view balcony and a back balcony off the kitchen with a bistro table and gas grill, ideal for leisurely family cookouts. Inside, you’ll find comfortable, traditional furnishings and plentiful natural light. The modern kitchen boasts a complete set of stainless steel appliances and plenty of countertop workspace. Grab a bite in the dining room at mealtime, or step out to the balcony and dine alfresco.

Spend the day at the beach - and don’t forget to grab the beach chairs, umbrella, and boogie board on the balcony - and then come home to relax in the central air-conditioning. Entertainment options include three TVs, one of which is a 75" HDTV, free cable, and WiFi, ideal for uploading the day’s pics to social media. Snuggle up on the leather sofa or recliner in front of the gas fireplace, and drift off to sleep in either well-appointed bedroom. Another perfect Carlsbad day awaits tomorrow.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
