Check in time was 3 PM didn’t arrive till 330. Didn’t have the room available tell us to wait a while proceeded to try to put us in a room that they said somebody else complaint and said it’s stained and it did waited around went out to eat several hours waste of time didn’t get checked in until 7:30 PM. They are all over the place may have just been a bad weekend for them. They said they were short staffed, but that’s not my concern. It was a bad experience.

We had a late check-in, the girl at front desk was helpful, but the room we got was very dirty. Visible hair and stain on both beds, hair on floor and the bathroom was very dirty. Our daughter was sleeping already, so we went to get clean bedsheet and blankets and didn’t request a change of room. Cigarette burns on blankets, fire smoke detector was wrapped in plastic bag, definitely not up to fire department codes. The next day, the room key didn’t work and I was locked out of the room, so I went to the front desk. Waited for awhile, still no one shows up at the front desk, so I started to call for attention. A girl finally came out from a back room and asked if I could wait, but since I had a zoom call that I was late for, so I said no. She proceeded to help me, but told me “next time, please don’t yell in the lobby, because you will disturb people staying in the door right next to the lobby.” I responded “if you are at the front desk as you should have been? I wouldn’t need to yell.” The trip was for 4 night originally, I booked a better place and got out of there after 2 nights. The location is great, but the property is pretty bad.

Inadequate toilet paper. No shampoo. Sloppy paint and repair job. Mattress was bulging in middle so not rolling out was a challenge. I realize Motel 6 is basic but this was horrid. On a positive note, quiet and felt safe

My room was infested with coackroaches. I had to leave at midnight because I refused to stay there it was disgusting. There was also nowhere else to stay in the area because it was Valentines Day. I had to drive for hours in the middle of the night to get home it was a nightmare. PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE. It's not worth "saving a few bucks" to stay there. You will be bringing home friends with you if you stay there and not the good kind.
