Immersed in an enchanting and peaceful landscape, the villa offers a breathtaking view of the sea, with a unique panorama that embraces the sunrise and the Gulf of Calasetta. It is the ideal place to relax, enjoy the tranquillity and immerse yourself in the natural beauty of the island while respecting the Mediterranean maquis.

DESCRIPTION: The main body consists of a kitchen-living room, 2 double bedrooms with 2 private bathrooms and a loft used as a bedroom, verandas, outdoor bathroom, outdoor shower, barbecue, swimming pool, Mediterranean garden and private parking spaces (max. 4 cars). The dependance a few metres from the main building consists of 1 double bedroom with private bathroom and a bedroom with two single beds that can be joined and 1 private bathroom. High chair, cot, baby bath tub. Infants up to 2 years old free.

ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT The house is equipped with air conditioning in 4 bedrooms. Washing machine, refrigerator, dishwasher, electric oven, 4-burner gas hob, coffee maker, kettle and cooler, 4 hair dryers.

FINAL CLEANING INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL FEE

LINEN: The house is equipped with bed linen, towels, tablecloths, blankets, kitchen linen, beach towels, baby sheets.
