Amazing hotel comfy beds just let down by noisy guests in room next door at stupid o clock which stopped me sleeping. Reception dealt with issue when asked however guests didn’t care. Cannot fault the staff as they were limited with options but dealt with issue best they could every time.

Very poor for the price. Rooms had a dusty smell. Stained carpets. Breakfast was dreadful. For £15 more I stayed in Dundee in an IHG hotel that was miles ahead of this.

Extremely poor hotel: room dirty, furniture marked and filthy, cups and utensils at breakfast all stained, cooked breakfast inedible due to grease. Worst place ive ever stayed in.

Building lools very tired from the outside an car park needs resurfacing, breakfast was fine, thou could do with bit more how its presented rather than slapped an left , bedrooms are nice thou a lick of paint wont go a miss, just to tidy the place up, facilities werent to bad, wifi was decent and room.was warm, cosy and perfect for us, Will happily stay again, The maid cleans your rooms daily which was a very nice touch 👌

Not good hotel , very basic , no draught beer no ice machine , the lift has been broken for years so and old people would struggle !! , the staff was lovely and very helpful but had to apologise about all the mistakes would not recommend this place to anyone ,

I booked this place just for the bed. My room was extremely clean, although the property itself was quite run-down. It’s about a 30-minute walk from the station, which was inconvenient for me due to my schedule and travels. That said, for the price I paid, I’m grateful for my 3-night stay. I wasn’t expecting five-star facilities, so thank you.

The barman at the property has a serious attitude. We had ordered food and was waiting to be served when he stormed over to my husband who was vaping but didnt know he couldnt vape and said its a £75 fine for that and shouted him down. Not excuse me sir theres a no vaping policy which we would have accepted and not done this.Th receptionist was li ely a d tried to diffuse the matter. No o e shiuld be treated the way we were.
