An amazing accommodation with a beautiful view from the terrace in front of the appartment from which you can see the sunset. Also there is a nice dining table outside. We stayed there with 11 people and had an amazing time. We couldn't find the house in the beginning but the host helped us out. Also Cargèse is a nice city in a beautiful area.

Hébergement à éviter. Ne pas s'atarder sur cette location malgré un beau point de vue. Vous serez déçu dès votre arrivée. La plupart des ustensiles de cuisine et petits électroménager HS (pas de verseuse pour la cafetière, grille pain hs, revêtement casseroles détérioré et sale, vaisselle sale, présence d'un barbecue et d'une plancha mais bouteilles de gaz vide, etc, etc....).Lampe de chevet sans ampoule, prises électriques arrachées, pas de Wi-Fi, supports muraux mal fixés.....Quand vous ouvrez les portes de la location, une odeur de "vieux", de moisis vous agressent les narines et si vous vous levez la nuit, vous avez la chance de croiser des cafardsC'est une location qui mériterait un rafraîchissement complet de l'intérieur. Tout est vieux, tout a été réalisé sans goût. Deux autres choses : une cabane au fond du jardin transformée en chambres avec des trous dans le plancher. Une allée en très très forte pente pour accéder au logement.Deux constats pour cette location :Le propriétaire ne s'intéresse absolument pas à son bien, ni au bien-être de ses locataires. Il me semblerait que sa seule motivation se résume aux profits générés par les locations. Je suis surpris qu'ABRITEL n'assure pas un suivi plus rigoureux des locations.

Belle vue

Maison bien située pour des randonnées dans la région (Capo d'Orto, capo Rosso, tour d'Omigna...). La terrasse est très pratique et offre une très belle vue. La maison est agréable et il y a tout le nécessaire pour les familles nombreuses, dommage que le salon manque un peu de confort.

Maison spacieuse avec vue sublime, cependant...

Maison spacieuse avec une vue sublime et un emplacement parfait à quelques minutes à pied des commerces et du centre-ville. Elle est très bien équipée avec linge de lit et de bain, lave-vaisselle, plancha, barbecue, beaucoup de vaisselle et ustensiles de cuisine... Comme à la maison ! Le ménage à l'arrivée était bien fait. Cependant, la maison est un peu décevante. 1 - Accessibilité : La rampe d'accès est très raide et aucune plate-forme plane pour pouvoir se garer aisément. Un parking se trouve à 300 m. Reste à monter la côte à pied ! Difficile pour les personnes âgées, personne en situation de handicap, passez votre chemin. 2 - Entretien de la maison : Le chalet annexe (cabane de jardin aménagée en chambre) laisse à désirer. Quand nous sommes arrivés, deux verres de l'une des portes-fenêtres étaient cassés et non retirés. Après avoir prévenu la personne en charge de l'entretien, qui nous a confirmé qu'elle était au courant, nous avons dû les retirer nous-même pour des raisons de sécurité. Les salles de bains (dont une dehors) sont très moyennes et manquent d'entretien, ce qui provoque des odeurs d'humidité dans la maison. Les prises de courant extérieures que nous avons voulu utilisées ne fonctionnaient pas. Malgré tout un séjour très agréable dans cette charmante commune.

Hébergement à la hauteur des promesses

Nous avons occupé l'hébergement lors d'un séjour tourné vers le canyoning. La maison est idéal pour accueillir un groupe d'adultes, les chambres sont très agréables, les espaces de vie parfait pour les soirées de partage autour d'un apéro et du repas. Qui plus est la localisation et la splendide vue ont font une destination à recommander.

Vue splendide sur Gargese, maison confortable mais pas trop indiqué pour des personnes âgées ( escaliers, rampes d'accès) sinon séjour agréable. Attention à quelques défauts dans la chambre parentale (prise électrique) et TV qui n'a jamais marché que sur 3 chaîne.

Vue géniale sur la mer

Dans les hauteurs à quelques minutes à pieds des restaurants la maison d'Olivier offre une vue superbe sur la mer et le petit village de cargèse. Tranquille et efficace nous avons passé deux belles semaines. Le stationement en pente est un challenge mais l'accès à la maison à peid un très bon exercise après avoir dégusté un bon repas.

Hat alles was man braucht. Die Aussicht ist super. Der Weg zum Haus ist sehr steil nicht mit jedem Auto befahrbar. Der Fußweg zum Strand sind 20 Minuten. Einkaufsmöglichkeit in nächster Nähe.

Pas de place pour la voiture...

Impossible de garer la voiture dans l'enceinte de la propriété. La rampe d'accès est trop raide, aucune plate-forme plane et avec un revêtement dur pour pouvoir se garer en toute sécurité. Seule solution, un parking à 300 m. Reste à monter la côte à pied! Difficile pour les personnes agées, impossible pour les personnes handicapées.

Dans l’ensemble, un séjour agréable!

Bon séjour dans l’ensemble. La maison est très correcte. Nous étions 11 et nous ne nous sommes pas marchés sur les pieds. Il faudrait toutefois penser à un rafraîchissement de la peinture intérieure et à un peu plus d'éclairage dans la pièce à vivre (un peu sombre quand on y mange le soir). La terrasse extérieure est top avec une vue sur la mer magnifique. Nous y avons passé tous nos petits déjeuners et déjeuners. Il manque quand même un certain entretien extérieur (mobilier extérieur, bungalows,...).
