Superb modern house in Cardiff!

My house is recently built, with a modern feel, simple and bright inside, it is close enough to Cardiff centre and the routes in and out of the city. There is a flat screen TV and high speed internet, so perfect for a cosy night in!

The bathroom upstairs has an amazing open plan bath and the skylights have been fitted with blinds for a good night's sleep. The local area is in need of development and reinvesting, however my house is a little escape from a bustling city.

There is on-street parking which is dependent on a space being free. Parking is outside the white marked bays.

--House rules--
The guest who books must be the main guest who stays at the house. Third party bookings are not permitted.
The house has CCTV outside and this must not be altered or viewed once inside. This is for your safety as well as to identify if extra guests turn up.
Only the number of guests which have booked may stay at the house. Gatherings and parties are not allowed as they have caused damage and upset the neighbours in the past.
Animals are unfortunately not allowed due to medical requirements of the main occupier(s).
The vacation home is heated and features a kitchen and 1.5 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, an electric kettle, and an ironing board.

Can't fault the property, well presented and very clean. The area however was unpleasant, many boardrd up properties including the first one as you enter the road where the house is situated. The local 'kids' hanging out making horrendous noise and banging against the window.. The local area is littered with rubbish at every turn and very uninviting. We were very happy with the lovely house and Benedict's communication and helpfulness was fantastic.

Property is in a quite area of Cardiff with very good bus links into town with easy check in plus we asked for an earlier check in which was agreed and we were very grateful for that. The property had everything we needed also with WiFi. Thank you Paul & Lorraine
