Space
Versatile large 4 bed apartment, big light and airy lounge/diner, 2 bathrooms and plenty of space over two floors. To accommodate parties of all sizes from one person to seven people we charge a base nightly rate that includes one person. Then we charge a per person per night fee so that it makes it fair for everyone whether you are two people or seven you will pay a fair price for the property.

The property is brand new throughout as we've recently refurbished the whole building.

Guest access
The whole apartment. If only a couple of guests just the one floor. If you need more bedrooms there are 3 more on the floor above. The main entrance is a street level and access to the living and sleeping areas is up one set of stairs where there is a bedroom, bathroom and kitchen and up another flight of stairs for second bathroom and bedrooms.

We live in Newport and our housekeeper Rhi lives in Porthcawl so are around if you need us. We are also on the phone 24/7 for anything you need!

Neighbourhood overview
Lovely seaside town with loads of activities come rain or shine. My place is close to the beach, great views, parks, restaurants and dining, shops and cafes, Trecco bay theme park and swimming pool. You’ll love the high ceilings, the views, the location, and the people.

Depending on other bookings check in and out can be flexible.
We don't have our own private parking, however there are a few street parking spaces directly outside the property and also available in nearby streets. If a space directly outside is not available when you arrive you can unload and then drive to find a parking space.

We really enjoyed our stay in Porthcawl. The property was only a short walk from the beach but the location was quiet and clean. The flat itself was clean and tidy and had everything we needed although a few areas were looking a bit more tired than in the photos - the laminate flooring being the main one. We had a problem at check in but the helpful owner was on the other end of the phone to sort it for us, quickly and politely. A great few days at the seaside! We hope to come back soon.

Great spot and well equipped

We stayed for a couple of nights as a couple. Location was great for wandering to the seafront and for food and drink options. We walked up to the golf course to watch the pros play which took about half an hour. Very comfortable and equipped with everything we needed. Bonus points for the extra large mug for the wife’s morning cuppa. Nice touch was milk in the fridge and tea/coffee. Would stay again. Thank you.

The accommodation and location was perfect. There were only 2 of us but could see how the flat would easily accommodate more people. Pictures didn’t do the place justice, the flat was gorgeous and super comfortable. Communication with host was spot on, and they were super responsive. On first floor through a side door easy to access. Apartment was clean well catered for comfy bed. Tastefully decorated. You are in the heart of everything 3 beaches within walking distance.
