We stayed for 1 night prior to our flight early the next morning. Very welcoming staff, couldn’t do enough. Hotel very clean, comfortable with a great selection for the buffet breakfast, they even provide paper bags so that you can take your breakfast with you if you’re a bit pushed for time. Parked the car for 10 days and caught the complimentary shuttle bus to the airport the following morning. The airport is a short 10 minute walk from the hotel so decided to walk on our return flight to the hotel to collect the car.

Stayed here overnight prior to flying out from the airport. Hotel has a perfect location right next to the airfield. Had a room overlooking the runway but was pleasantly surprised at the fact there was absolutely no noise! Great soundproofing! Good quality evening meals and a relaxing bar area. Great night sleep followed by a help yourself breakfast which was very good quality. Although the highlight of our stay has to be the staff, friendly, helpful and always happy to help. Would definitely recommend and will return.

Firstly I have no issue generally with Hotel’s elevating their prices when demand is high as it happens everywhere. However your basics should be right. We arrived to find our booking which was supposed to be two beds was in fact a double. The gent on reception informed us this often happens. This kind of set things off. Friendliness wise you couldn’t fault the team, but there’s a lot to fix before attempting to look after paying guests. Three beers at the bar were off which meant we had a choice of one lager (not great) . Understaffing for the event meant we waited for this an irritating length of time. I had to pour myself water around the corner as there were no bottles of still and also had to pour myself a coffee... Then we ordered pizza with chips. Chips were unavailable until 5pm as the fryers weren’t switched on yet, very slow fryers 😳 Onto the pizza with no chips. After waiting around 25minutes I sent head office a complaint... which I’m yet to hear anything from... (see pictures) then eventually the pizza came... it was still cold throughout. My side hot, my colleagues unfortunately not..😞 We weren’t given plates or cutlery so went searching. We found some unpolished cutlery for ourselves around a corner and cleaned them for ourselves before using. All in all just poor. We were told Jemma would contact me at 3pm. Also that the General manager couldn’t do anything about it either. Here’s the thing be ready for your big days. Be sharp, be staffed up and be available. People are paying huge amounts of money that will always be nearly impossible to satisfy, however your basics should hold fast. I won’t put how much we paid for the experience in here, but what was received was nowhere near even £50. Feel sorry for the team having to put up with this. Real shame.

Stayed Here Last Night, Had a Good Sleep Although Rooms quite dusty, Had a great breakfast this morning, stayed in a room overlooking the the car park, although not a big deal. I believe snacks were on offer for free in the lobby Overall would return here again

Due to a early flight to Pafos we decided to stay the night before and booked a good deal for £56.00 with holiday extras. Room was basic but served our needs, but if it was a Premier Inn i would have complained as the bed was terrible, sagging in the middle so we rolled into each other in the night they certainly need new matteresses . The bar is basic and lack's warmth and expensive. Breakfast was okay for what we paid as it was included. Would not stay again until i know the beds have been upgraded. Staff were very helpful and efficient.

we where going on a cruise to ensure we were at the airport we booked here. Under extreme pressure the staff and management done all the could to accommodate . everyone. The rooms where good standard and food ok. restricted because of the weather. The only thing I found was any drinks were really expensive. Considering everything I would stay here again and recommend it.

Our stay at this hotel was prior to our flight to Berlin the following morning. Location was excellent and provided a free shuttle to the Airport. The staff were very polite, friendly and helpful, and even though we left the hotel at 5.30am, there was a full continental breakfast available. The hotel and room was clean, quiet and very comfortable. We would highly recommend.

We booked here at very short notice due to the heavy snow fall foiling our plans to stay elsewhere prior to our flight. Room clean, adequate, staff very welcoming. Though we did see piles of dirty bed linen left on the carpet by the lifts. Surely they should use linen skips. Very unhygienic. Parking great in that you can park yourself and not leave your keys with anyone. Shuttle service excellent. Meals were a serious let down however. The hotel ran out of food, and beer, due to lack of deliveries because of the snow. Fair enough you may say but the forecasts gave enough warning. General housekeeping skills found wanting. That been said the manager did decide to provide a free running buffet of chips, chicken wings and onion rings. Basic fare but filled a hole. Restaurant is more like a cafeteria. Breakfast was also quite basic, but adequate.

Stayed here the night before a flight, food we ordered was reasonably price and was very tasty, breakfast was also a good choice, staff very helpful and the rooms were very clean, we have used this hotel a few time due to its close proximity to the airport

We stayed for one night in preparation of the red warning of snow before flying out on holiday. We got there and booked in as normal. The rooms have everything you need. Comfortable bed, modern bathroom with coffee/ tea making facilitiy. Food menu is basic but suits the purpose of the hotel. The weather got exceptionally bad that night and by 5.00 the snow was drifting stopping the movement of vehicles. From that moment the staff led by Gemma couldn’t do enough to help. Although unable to get staff in they did everything possible to make sure that people were attended to and fed at breakfast. The maintainace team couldn’t get in so all the cars stuck in snow could be left for the duration of the holiday without payment. It’s in these circumstances you find out how good people are and this team was brilliant. Thanks again.
