Lovely stay, lovely staff however the room smelt very odd and stuffy. Breakfast was very overcooked and dry, not sure if it had been left out for too long or not, and my shower was dirty but I don’t want to lean on the negatives too much as it was only a quick stay so perfect for only one night and the staff were very helpful and very very nice

Overall, the hotel was good. I barely had any engagement with staff (which was unusual) as I checked in online prior. The hotel room was spacious, clean and had all the amenities I needed. However, the hairdryer only blew cold air and there was a lot of noise from people showering above and/or in adjacent rooms. Check out process wasn’t clear. An email prior said I could check out online but no additional information was provided. These are all minor things - I would stay here again.
