There are two independent apartments on the ground floor of a house.

Apartament A – This comprises a living room with kitchenette, 1 double room, 1 twin room (bunk bed) and a bathroom. There is also a large veranda. (simbolo)

Apartament- B – This comprises a large kitchen, 1 double room, 1 twin room, a bathroom and a large veranda. A barbecue area can be found behind the house.

The house is set in a private plot of land of 7000 smq where there are vineyards, orchards and olive groves. The property is situated 600 metres from Museddu beach and 2 km from the village Cardedu

Wir waren Ende Mai / Anfang Juni in dem Apartment von Marco. Von Anfang bis Ende waren wir mit der Kommunikation mit Marco vollstens zufrieden. Die Unterkunft liegt ruhig, in der Nähe des Strandes. Man hat einen großem Garten und eine überdurchschnittlich gut ausgestattete Küche. Sowie eine große Terasse. Uns hat nichts gefehlt und wir können diese Unterkunft, sowie Marco als Vermieter von Herzen empfehlen. Grazie Mille Marco!

Hier kann man sich Zuhause fühlen

Eine unvergessliche Zeit hatte ich in dem wunderschönen Appartement. Der Garten und die Terrasse sind so schön - man kann sich wunderbar entspannen! Alles ist sehr sauber und ordentlich und man wird sehr freundlich empfangen. Ich habe viele Tipps bekommen für Restaurants, Läden und Ausflugsziele. Ich komme gerne wieder!

Entspannter Urlaub!

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen und entspannten Aufenthalt im Apartment A . Die Villa liegt im Grünen, umgeben von Hibiskus-, Orangen-, Granatapfel-, Feigen- und Olivenbäumen - sehr ruhig und naturbelassen. Der benachbarte Strand ist fußläufig zu erreichen und Mitte/Ende September nicht überfüllt. Kristallklares Wasser lädt zum Baden/Schwimmen ein. (Kite-)Surfer kommen ebenfalls auf ihre Kosten. Das Apartment entspricht der Beschreibung auf der Website, mit dem Notwendigsten ausgestattet. Das Mobiliar ist etwas veraltet, erfüllt dennoch seinen Zweck. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zu Fuß schwer zu erreichen, empfehlenswert ist ein Auto. Positiv zu bewerten ist ebenfalls die Freundlichkeit und Flexibilität des Gastgebers Alessandro. Vielen Dank! Für alle, die eine Auszeit vom Alltagstrubel nehmen wollen, ist das Objekt zu empfehlen!

Bellissima vacanza

Bellissima vacanza in una villetta (abbiamo affittato sia l'appartamento A che il B) posizionata nel verde dove si puo' godere del fresco , tranquillita' e silenzio. La spiaggia e' raggiungibile anche a piedi e nelle vicinanze si possono visitare anche altre belle spiagge oltre poter usufruire del fresco della pineta al margine della spiaggia. Complimenti ad Alessandro per l'accoglienza e per averci messo a disposizione entrambi gli appartamenti gia dal mattino del giorno d'arrivo. Da consigliare al 100%.

La proprietà è esattamente come descritta sul sito . L'arredo è ben rifinito e accogliente gli elettrodomestici sono nuovi e funzionanti con un giardino ampio e giochi per bambini. We would love to come back!

I stayed 11 nights in this apartment in September 2018 together with my boyfriend. We really enjoyed the stay and everything was perfect to us. We could walk to the beach of Cardedu in less than ten minutes and can reach shops and the city centre in 5 minutes by car. The house and the apartment was clean and calmly convenient. The price-performance ratio was very good. Alessandro took very good care of us and we could always contact him via a call or whatsapp. We can absolutely reccoment this apartment :-)

Wonderful vacations in Cardedu

We had some wonderful vacations in one of the two apartments in your holiday house in Cardedu. We appreciated the good quality of the mattress. We could sleep very well! The surroundings were mostly calm and you have a good privacy and can relax without being disturbed. We liked very much the hammock in the garden unter a big tree. The contact and the help of Alessandro was very nice. We can warmly recommend to come here to have vacations. Thanks a lot!

Perfetto per famiglia e gruppi di amici, comodo,ampio,con bellissimo scoperto..notevole il barbecue..l'unica cosa da migliorare è climatizzare o ventilare la casa.Per il resto tutto perfetto. Tornerei anche subito!
