Piacevole soggiorno

L’appartamento di Patrizia è piccolo ma funzionale per un soggiorno di coppia. Si trova a pochi passi dalla piazza del paese e dai principali market. La cucina è fornita di tutto il necessario per cucinare e sono presenti un divano e un televisore un po’ datato (prendeva solo un canale). Non ci sono condizionatori ma è presente un ventilatore. La proprietaria è molto gentile e disponibile. Nel complesso è stato un soggiorno molto piacevole.

Appartamento in buona posizione centrale nel paese , abbastanza silenzioso e ben disposto. Unica pecca nel periodo di Agosto molto caldo e poco ventilato. Consiglio di inserire una TV moderna e box doccia invece della tenda.Proprietaria molto gentile e disponibidisponibile

Ci siamo stati io e la mia ragazza in vacanza. Appartamento molto curato e molto bello, non manca niente per una vacanza di 10 gg, comodo a tutti i servizi, proprietaria molto disponibile e molto gentile, se torniamo in vacanza in quella zona sicuramento andremo di nuovo.

Ottimo soggiorno

Appartamento piccolo ma perfetto per una coppia. Strategico per spostarsi nelle migliaia di calette/spiagge di gran parte dell Ogliastra, in poco tempo. Paese spettacolare con tutte le comodità a portata di “piedi” perché sono a pochi passi. Patrizia molto accogliente (ci ha attesi fino alle 21 per ritardo del traghetto), disponibile e cordiale. Fosse presente una lavatrice (nn indispensabile perché a 7min ce n è una self), ed un box doccia anziché la tenda, sarebbe il top del top. Nonostante ciò, torneremo presto! Grazie Patrizia!

Fantastico appartamentino in un piccolo paesino a pochi minuti dal mare. Appartamento molto curato, proprietaria attenta e gentilissima. Ideale per 2 persone. Unica pecca, non attribuibile alla proprietaria ma ad ospiti precedenti, la pulizia delle stoviglie. Valutazione complessiva del soggiorno comunque ampiamente positiva.

L'appartamento é nuovo e gradevole, la signora Patrizia é stata cordiale e presente anche se non era sul luogo se posso dare un consiglio é quello di mettere una TV più recente e aggiungere la lavatrice anche piccola in quanto anche in vacanza é un elemento quasi indispensabile.

Quando la semplicità è vincente!

Abbiamo soggiornato qui per 10 giorni, nel periodo cerntrale di agosto e ci siamo trovati benissimo. La posizione è strategica se si ha intenzione di visitare le spiagge dell’Ogliastra e sono raggiungibili in tempo ragionevole anche le spiagge di Villasimius, Costa Rei e dintorni. Il paese è tranquillo ma ben servito di tutto il necessario e la casa semplice ma funzionale. La camera da letto è estremamente fresca, come riportato sull’annuncio pertanto non si sente la mancanza dell’aria condizionata. Arredata con semplicità, pulita e ordinata. Unico neo: la tenda nella doccia che non è troppo funzionale e se possiamo dare un consiglio è quello di lasciare in casa qualche prodotto per la pulizia giornaliera di bagno e cucina! Soggiorno più che piacevole e la sig.ra Patrizia disponibilissima ed estremamente gentile. Consigliata!

Tutto il necessario per passare delle ottime vacanze!

La casa seppur non grandissima, ha tutto il necessario per soggiornare e visitare tutte le bellissime spiagge dell'Ogliastra. Patrizia è davvero molto disponibile e accogliente. Casa trovata pulitissima all'arrivo e con tutte le informazioni per visitare le spiagge più belle o mangiare nei migliori ristoranti della zona. Grazie ancora per il bellissimo soggiorno!

Abbiamo soggiornato qui ad agosto e ci siamo trovati molto bene.il bilocale é piccolo ma molto carino,nuovo e pulito; si trova vicino ad un minimarket e dista 5 minuti in macchina dalle spiagge, quindi è molto comodo. La signora Patrizia é una persona deliziosa,disponibile e gentile, ci ha anche fornito un raccoglitore pieno di informazioni turistiche e non utilissime!

Tutto splendido funzionale. Consigliato

Abbiamo soggiornato a Cardedu, dalla signora Patrizia la seconda metà di Luglio 2017. L'appartamento è nuovo, ben curato e con tutto quello che serve per il soggiorno, piccolo ma funzionale per una coppia, ottimo come punto di appoggio per visitare la zona circostante. Il paese di Cardedu non è molto grande, tranquillissimo e vicino alle spiagge, con poco tempo è raggiungibile anche Tortolì, più animato la sera. La signora Patrizia è una persona cordiale e gentilissima. Se torneremo in questa zona, sicuramente la ricontatteremo. Grazie dell'ospitalità! Giulia
