Mini Residence ‘Acquamarina’ consists of 6 apartments 50 metres from the sea.

Apartments of approximately 55 square metres each consist of: living room with kitchenette, double bedroom, twin bedroom and bathroom.

Swimming pool reserved for guests of the residence.

There are three types of apartments:

* (5-6) Two first floors with two small balconies overlooking the swimming pool and Monte Arista and a veranda with sea view where you can eat.

* (3-4) Two central ground floors, these are the most private apartments, with a larger veranda and double entrance to the kitchen/living room and private barbecue area.

(No. 1-2) Two front ground floors with a large veranda with granite columns and a private barbecue area; adaptable bathrooms (for people with reduced mobility in their lower limbs).

In order to ensure total security, there is a video surveillance system in the areas leading to the property and in the pool area.

The pool will be open from 01/05 to 31/10

It will be allowed to host one small dog per apartment 50€

Schöner Garten!

Die Anlage ist an sich sehr schön. Der Garten ist wunderschön und sehr gepflegt. Der Pool ist ebenfalls super. Leider roch in unserem Appartement das Kinderzimmer so wie der Kleiderschrank extrem nach Feuchtigkeit, einige Schränke in der Küche rochen ebenfalls nach Feuchtigkeit („Kellergeruch“). Ich finde das sehr schade, aber wir werden diese Unterkunft nicht nochmal buchen.

Tolle Unterkunft, mit toller Lage

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit traumhafter Lage direkt am Strand. Anlage sehr gepflegt. Restaurants und kleiner Supermarkt zu Fuß erreichbar. Toller Pool mit seichtem Einstieg super für kleine Kinder

Sehr saubere Anlage . Gut gepflegt . Lage direkt am Meer . Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Team … Wir fahren auf jeden Fall wieder hin . Aber dann einen Monat später wegen der Temperaturen … Die Wohnung ist auch sehr sauber und modern . Gutes WLAN und ein guter Supermarkt in der Nähe ! Mietwagen ist auf Sardinien ein Muss ….. freue mich aufs nächste Mal

Wunderschöner Urlaub

Wunderschöne Anlage mit Pool und Garten, Strand direkt auf der anderen Straßenseite. Perfekt für unsere kleine Tochter. Ruhige Gegend, also Natur pur. Für Supermarkt und Restaurants benötigt man ein Auto. In direkter Umgebung war im Oktober nur noch eine Pizzeria geöffnet. Service-Mitarbeiter Marco war jederzeit erreichbar. Vielen Dank!

Sehr schöne kleine Anlage mit sechs Apartements, tollem Pool und viel Platz auch für Kinder zum Spielen. Direkt am weitläufigen Sandstrand (Straße dazwischen). Küchenausstattung etwas mager.

Schöne kleine Anlage mit Pool direkt am Meer.

Sehr gepflegte Anlage mit sechs Wohneinheiten und schönem Pool. Schlafzimmer und Wohnküche sind klimatisiert. Marco, der Ansprechpartner vor Ort, ist ein ganz netter. Wir können die Residenz Aquamarina zu 100% weiter empfehlen.
