Ideally located in the center of town, the house Cabestan faces the bay of Carantec. Shops are 2 minutes walk away, the weekly market (Thursday morning) is a short walk away and the beaches are nearby.

The decoration gives pride of place to the sea and its activities, and everything is thought for your comfort: linen provided for 5 nights stay minimum (sheets, towels, tea towels), 5 pretty bedrooms, living room with sea view, equipped kitchen, garden to enjoy the beautiful days.


The house can comfortably accommodate up to 10 people. It has 4 bedrooms (3 with double beds and 1 with twin beds). And, a little extra, another adjoining and independent bedroom with toilet and shower room.
It is built on 3 levels distributed as follows:

- 1 bathroom with bathtub + separate toilet. Washing machine, dryer, iron at your disposal.

Belle semaine

L’emplacement de la maison est incroyable tout se fait à pied ce qui est très appréciable. La vue est aussi inégalable. Par contre la maison est beaucoup beaucoup trop chargée (biblots, vaisselle, meubles) ce qui rend le ménage approximatif. C’est dommage mais le prix reste raisonnable.

Cabestan "Les plus: la maison est très bien située dans le bourg de Carantec et propose une vue magnifique. Le centre ville et la plage sont accessibles à pied. Il y a beaucoup de vaisselle et d'ustensiles de cuisine variés. Les moins: la maison n'est pas propre. Nous avons du relaver tout ce que nous avons utilisé, et plusieurs éléments de la cuisine (épices, bols, poubelle, poignées) étaient poisseux, il fallait se laver les mains après les avoir touchés. Le manque de propreté peut être vraiment dangereux. Le premier soir, j'ai marché sur une aiguille rouillée qui s'est plantée dans mon orteil. La chambre à la cave est juste à côté de la chaudière au fioul, dont l'odeur est très forte. Enfin, l'annonce disait que les draps sont fournis avec une précision cachée à la fin du texte que c'est juste pour les séjours de 5 nuits, sans dire le tarif exhorbitant: supplément de 150 euros pour trois nuits. On peut ramener les siens, mais c'est malhonnête de ne pas inclure le tarif dans l'annonce."

Une très belle semaine en famille

Cette location est en tous points idéale: un interieur très chaleureux, une très jolie vue sur la mer, à pied du bourg (centre ville) et de la plage du Kelenn....et surtout ce que nous avons apprécié ce sont les 3 espaces nuit séparés. Je renouvellerai l ex perience sans hésiter!
