Recently renovated, every space reflects the artistic expression of Andrea and Catia, like a small art gallery. The designer furnishings blend historical pieces with modern concepts, perfectly complementing the natural surroundings. Here, you will feel completely relaxed and embrace the joy of slow and beautiful living.
The independent house opens with a spacious designer kitchen equipped with a dishwasher and everything you might need. The dining room is separate and furnished to host up to 8 guests. The living room, with a four-seater sofa and TV, opens onto hallways leading to the sleeping and bathroom areas. There are two air-conditioned double bedrooms: the first features a walk-in closet and smart TV. Both rooms have a writing desk/workstation for reading or working on your computer. Two modern, stylish bathrooms, both with showers, make it easy and comfortable to share the house with friends.
Outside, a private garden of over 200 sqm, for the exclusive use of our guests, is the perfect setting for outdoor lunches or dinners and relaxing moments. The living area is comfortably equipped with a table and chairs, while in the "belvedere" area—overlooking the river and Mount Morrone—sun loungers and spacious areas offer a fantastic solarium where you can enjoy the sun until sunset.
