Sobrado with 02 bedrooms, 02 bathrooms, sleeps 4 people in each room, and in ROOM 01 has 01 bed of house and 01 bunk and in ROOM 02 has 01 double bed and 02 mattresses on the floor, living room with SKY TV with open channels and DVD with plenty of movie library, books. Full kitchen with water filter (cold and natural), microwave, electric oven, blender, mixer, refrigerator with frezzer with independent barbecue and everything integrated as a "loft". .
Quiet neighborhood with bakery, market, pharmacy and trade well served to the surroundings.
Massaguaçu beach with bike path and running track with great structure, kiosks on the beach with playground for children.
THE USE OF THE POOL AND BARBECUE OF THE CONDOMINIUM AREA IS NOT ALLOWED, EXCLUSIVELY TO OWNERS.
