Comercializan hotel con el cual no hay acuerdo

Hoteles.com/Expedia no tiene relación comercial con este establecimiento y sin embargo continúan comercializado el mismo en su web. Llegué al hotel después de un vuelo transatlantico para hacer el check in y me encontré con que mi reserva no existía ya que el hotel no trabaja con Expedia/Hoteles.com quienes al final tampoco pudieron solucionarlo y la única opción que tuve fue comprar una habitación por mi cuenta directamente en el hotel.
