Perfect for a relaxing Captiva getaway, this 1-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit features a king bed in the bedroom and a comfortable sleeper sofa in the living room, sleeping up to four guests. You'll find a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living area. Building amenities include an elevator, a convenient laundry room on the main floor, a heated pool, and a hot tub. Plus, enjoy easy access to Sanibel's famous beaches! A 2-night minimum stay is required. Please note that resort amenity access is not included or available.

The condo was spotless, comfortable and well situated overlooking a small marina and view of the bay providing opportunity to observe wildlife from the screened porch, great pool right outside the door, short, easy walk or bike to the beach, beautiful landscaping.
