It’s everything you need for the perfect getaway! Golf Cart rentals are close by, but please note that only electric carts are allowed within the gates of the resort.

Our family had a great stay! We did have a couple of questions and management got right back with us. The condo was exceptional…loved the layout, the appliances and of course the pool and gulf view. Our evenings were spent at the kitchen bar/counter for family game/puzzle nights. Fabulous family vacation.

Pro - The unit itself was immaculate and the kitchen equipment was easy to use. The view from the unit towards the beach was excellent.Con - We experience on the TV apps some of them were working on the living room TV but didn’t worked on the master bedroom.Contacted Kingfisher management but were not able to figure it out.The lock combination for the locker where the beach equipment was stored was not correct and finally the representative had to cut the lock to access the beach equipment. Some of the beach chairs due to the rust were not working and should be replaced.

Amazingly clean with gulf views

Loved this property, location and amenities. This unit was beautiful, bright and clean. We enjoyed the screened-in deck many times a day. Perfect place to enjoy sunrise and sunsets. We cooked many meals in and had everything we needed (pots, pans, plates, utensils, storage containers, etc.). We also did several loads of laundry. I was so happy to see so many chairs and umbrellas in the storage unit. The location was far enough away from the busy strip so that we had a very private beach, which was just outside our door and only steps away. We also enjoyed the pool and met some nice people from abroad. We were amazed that the pool deck had cool stones so that our feet did not get burned. Great beach with lots of wonderful shells. This family from Kansas will be back!
