The large kitchen features a beautiful mosaic backsplash, tall modern cabinets, a small table with great views, and everything you need to make an amazing meal. The large living room opens up to a dining area with seating for six. Enjoy the sectional sofa off the dining area and a large flat-screen TV. The first master bedroom features a king bed, a flat-screen TV, and a screened lanai overlooking the pool. The second guest room has two comfortable twin beds, two trundles, and a flat-screen TV, and opens to the screened lanai overlooking the pool. The large shared bathroom has dual sinks, a separate shower, and a tub. Great for families

We were a party of 10-6 adults.,3 four year olds and 1 five month old. The upstairs suite worked wonderfully for the family with the baby as they put her travel Buorn crib in a closet and had the toddler in a youth bed ( rented from island rentals ) The views, pool, beach, kitchen and 2 other bedrooms are great. This is a wonderful place for a vacation. We always go to the Caribbean but this is is 2nd best and being able Togo right across the small road in front of the house to the beach. You can walk or ride bikes to the little cute town for a grocery, restaurants, ice cream and some stores.

Very nice house across from the beach.

We enjoyed our time at the ARk. The road is pretty busy however. Decor and cleanliness were just fine. The pool is unusable as it is as hot as a hot tub. This has been an ongoing problem we heard from other renters. Very pretty looking out from the little front deck. Nice to have a cup of coffee out there in the am or a cocktail at sunset.
