the property is amazing with lots of fruit being grown on the property. Rebecca & Keith are fantastic hosts and were quite willing to accommodate requests for breakfast servings and would recommend places to eat & visit on the island,

Really enjoyable stay! Highly recommended. Close by there is wonderful snorkling and amazing food. I would return anytime!

We stayed one night (leaving Island the next morning after a week on Hilo side). The house is lovely and has a fantastic deck looking out over the ocean. Incredibly peaceful and quiet. The host was lovely as well. We were the only guests this night so had the place (and breakfast served on deck) to ourselves. They have done a great job landscaping too. Quite serene.

Pros: The view was great, and the location was very convenient for sights north and south on the coast. The bed was comfortable, and the decor was cute. Cons: The biggest problem was the roaches. We kept all food in the refrigerator as advised, but we frequently saw small roaches inside the room and large ones on the outside walls. Not just a few sightings, this property needs an exterminator. Aside from the roaches, the room was not exceptionally clean. The floor, countertop, toilet, and outdoor table were dirty. There were dirty cleaning rags left on the floor, and the bath towels smelled terrible. The dishes in the cabinets were also dirty. The air conditioning only runs at night, so don't expect a cool place to retreat and relax during the daytime. The drive is steep and I wish I had rented a car with 4-wheel drive to maneuver it. We stayed 5 nights and never saw the owners or staff. Great potential here but currently not worth the trouble of cleaning upon arrival and possibly bringing roaches home with you

I regret not finding this place sooner. It is my go to place when I come to the Big Island. Beds are amazing. I enjoyed a good night's rest after the adventures along the Kona coast. Great views especially hanging out on the lanai (glass railing is really awesome). The breakfast is adequate, but I eat too much anyway. I only used the hot tub once, but it was perfect. On my second stay, I received a souvenir picture book.

Me and a buddy stayed here for 2 days while diving and exploring the area. I didn't realize this was a B&B, but the owners were really accommodating considering we came home very late every night. The house is absolutely gorgeous and overlooks the coastline near Two Step dive area. The grounds were beautiful, quiet and well kept. The room was very comfortable and you get your own bathroom. I would highly recommend this over any hotel. Amazing experience
