CASA DELLA PALMA, is the first of the three farmhouses, inside the inferior part of the farm “Agricontura Paparoni” inside a valley almost intact, the heart of the best citrus production of Northern Sicily, three kilometers from the Tyrrhenian Sea, at the foot of the Nebrodi National Park.

CASA DELLA PALMA, accommodates up to 5 people, is located in the inferior part of the farm “Agricontura Paparoni” and is composed as follow:
- living room with kitchenette and a dining table
- loft bedroom with double bed
- room with two single beds
- bathroom with shower
- shared pool
- children’s playground in common

In this house pets are allowed by prior arrangement with the owner.
The farm is only 2 miles from the seaside and 7 miles from Capo d’Orlando, a jumping off place for several excursions along the Nebrodi national park and the northern coast of Sicily, as well as the Aeolian islands and the mosto fascinating villages.

We are a family of 5 with 3 teens. We were so happy with our stay and would stay there again. We had the clean sun heated pool to ourselves. The location is remote but that added to the charm and there is a town about 3km or so. There was air conditioning, WiFi , very large fridge and a washing machine. Emilio was so welcoming - he helped us coordinate transport to the rental car shop when we got a puncture on one of our day trips. We would have really struggled without his help. The accommodation is rustic but felt very authentic and comfortable. The pebble is about a 15 min drive and we found the locals very friendly. It was a perfect base for exploration. Just pay attention to the parking signs in Capo d’Orlando - Google translate is very helpful. The accommodation is just over 2 hours from Catania airport

Come in un'oasi!!

Location davvero incantevole, un'oasi di tranquillità come lontano da tutto e da tutti ma allo stesso tempo vicinissimo a capo d'Orlando con la sua bellissima spiaggia . Vegetazione molto curata, abitazione rustica ma completa di tutto il necessario! Angolo piscina molto gradevole ed i ragazzi che si occupano della colazione x gli ospiti molto gentili e disponibili. Consigliatissimo x chi cerca un luogo dove riposare il corpo e la mente.

For those who seek quiet and non-touristy places

Pluses: The house is located in a beautiful farm of citron and orange trees, in a quiet and nice surroundings. The swimming pool is very nice, clean, with a wonderful views. It is shared just among 3 houses, so quite often you have it for yourself only :) Ivana, the manager is the kindest and nicest host we ever had. Always smiled and positive, very helpful. We had a small health problem with our daughter - she found us a doctor and accompanied us during the visit helping with translation. Thanks a lot, Ivana! She is also a great source of information on the local attractions and places to visit:) Breakfasts are superb, with fresh local products. Drawbacks: Villa Palma is the closest to the entrance, thus to the road nearby. But the road is very quiet, so actually it doesn’t disturb you too much, if at all.

Sehr schöner Urlaub

Wir haben 2 sehr schöne Wochen mit unserem 2 Jährigen Sohn im Haus Casa della Yucca verbracht und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Haus gehört zum unteren Teil der Zitronen Plantage und liegt unmittelbar an dem wunderschönen Pool. Wir wurden sehr freundlich von Ciro (er kümmert sich um so gut wie alles auf der Plantage) empfangen und umsorgt, sodass es uns an nichts gefehlt hat. Es ist wurderschön idyllisch dort, auch wenn schon ab und an auch etwas gearbeitet wird (gemäht, geerntet) was uns aber in keinster Weise gestört hat, es ist schließlich eine Farm. Wir würden sofort wieder kommen. Danke für den schönen Urlaub!!
