House with beautiful terrace, is located 5 minutes from the Piazzetta, the "Silicon Valley" of Capri, the center of new knowledge, business and entertainment. In front of the house you will have the Lindos bar for breakfast and snacks and Deco supermarket. And 'near the scenic walks to the Natural Arch, Villa Jovis, Villa Lysis or Punta Tragara. The latter leads in 15 min to the beaches Fontelina and Luigi ai Faraglioni.
