Ausspannen in den Hügeln der Toscana

Das Haus ist über 300 Jahre alt und gut restauriert. Wir haben von dort aus Sehenswürdigkeiten besucht und bewundert, wie z. B. Siena. Nach den Ausflügen konnten wir uns am Pool abkühlen.Die Gastgeber waren immer für uns ansprechbar und haben uns viele Tipps gegeben, auch zu Flussbadestellen, die wir gern besucht haben.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche dort. Ruhe, viel Natur und ein uriges, gemütliches,sehr sauberes Haus. Es war alles vorhanden, sehr gute Ausstattung. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und haben uns herzlich empfangen. Wir bekamen sehr viele gute Empfehlungen für Ausflűge und Restaurants. Der Kontakt war jederzeit schnell und unkompliziert. Richtig klasse.Wir konnten Samstags betreits spontan um 8:30 Uhr ins Haus. Das war wunderbar. Auch vorab hatte der Vermieter eine genaue Wegbeschreibung durchgeben. Wir haben es prima gefunden.Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefűhlt. Eine tolle Atmosphäre! Toller Urlaub!

Capolona

Wir fühlten uns in der Toskana sehr wohl. Die Übergabe war sehr gut und die Vermieterin sehr freundlich. Die Wegbeschreibung könnte etwas genauer sein. Das Geschirr war leider schmutzig. Nachdem wir es gespült hatten, fühlten wir uns wohl. Wetterbedingt war es sehr kalt und feucht in der Wohnung. Wir bekamen auf Nachfrage den Pelletofen angemacht. Für die Pellets hatten wir Zusatzkosten, dass muss man wissen. Ohne Heizung hätte man es nicht ausgehalten. Leider hat es im auch sehr aus dem Ausguss gerochen, obwohl das Bad sehr sauber war. In den vorigen Bewertungen wurde öfter von einem Empfang mit Olivenöl und Brot erzählt, dass gibt es nicht mehr. Falls das jemand erwartet. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und auf Nachfrage immer für eine Lösung bemüht.

Schöner Erholsamer Urlaub

Wir verbrachten eine sehr schöne erholsame und erlebnisreiche Woche in der Toskana. Das Haus liegt in einem sehr kleinen Ort. Sehr ruhig gelegen nur Zu.- und Abfahrten der wenigen Bewohner des Orts. Das alte historische Haus wurde vor einigen Jahren komplett saniert, behielt aber seinen Charm. Für Hundebesitzer die ihren Liebling gerne mit in den Urlaub nehmen ist es jedoch wichtig: Im Online-Inserat ist angegeben "Haustiere erlaubt/haustierfreundlich". Vorort erfährt man daß diese jedoch nur im Eingangsbereich, der zugleich Küche ist erlaubt sind. Bedeutet, daß der Hund dann in der fremdem Umgebung auch ALLEINE in der Küche im EG schlafen muss, während der Rest der Familie im OG nächtigt, sofern man nicht auch selbst in der Küche nächtigen will. Das sollte man wissen. Das Wasser war absolut sauber und wir haben nichts negatives festgestellt, wird aber als Nicht-Trinkwasser angegeben (Wahrscheinlich aus Brunnen/Quelle) Trinkwasser in Flaschen wird aber von den Gastgebern ausreichend zur Verfügung gestellt. Über den Pool und den Hottube können wir nichts sagen, da wir ihn aufgrund Jahreszeit nicht benutzt haben. Beides befindet sich jedoch auf einem Grundstück auf der anderen Straßenseite, ca. 50m vom Haus entfernt. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und die Gastgeber waren immer erreichbar und gaben uns sehr hilfreiche Tips für Ausflüge. Insgesamt eine sehr schöne Woche! Preis/Leistung Top!

Sehr ruhiger Ort um einmal vom Alltag abzuschalten!!!

Es ist das letzte Haus an der Straße in dem kleinen Ort, also kein Verkehr, nur Ruhe😌. Das Haus war sauber und ordentlich👍. Wir sind angekommen und haben uns gleich wohl gefühlt. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie haben uns sehr gute Empfehlungen von sehenswerten in der Nähe geschickt, welche perfekt auf uns gepasst haben. Es war alles in allem eine sehr schöne Woche. Vielen Dank!!!😁

Magique séjour en Toscane

La maison typique est située dans les hauteurs boisées de la Toscane, au calme,juste la visite de Roberto pour nous offrir qq légumes du hardin et d'une petite chatte vagabonde.Piscine très propre que pour nous sur le temps de notre séjour et très appréciable avec une vue superbe sur un paysage à couper le souffle.Un grand lerci à Eve Lyne,qui parle français, nous a réservé le resto local notre premier soir, nous a dépanné de savon pour la lessive et nous a accueilli avec un grand sourire et des petits présents de leur production locale.Nous recommandons Avons ainsi visité Arezzo, Perugia,Angheri,Sienne,Broglio, Firenze,Poppi, tout est superbe !

Sommerurlaub in Casa Giorgio

Wir haben zwei Wochen im Casa Giorgio verbracht und wurden mit einem Gemüsekorb und Olivenöl begrüßt. Die Eltern der Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und zeigten uns das Haus und den Pool. Die Vermieter waren sehr hilfsbereit beim Planen von Ausflügen und buchten uns sogar Konzertkarten. Auch auf Wünsche unsererseits wurde direkt reagiert z.B. zusätzlicher Sonnenschirm, fehlendes Geschirr etc. Positiv sind auch die Fliegengitter, so kann man auch mit Licht die Fenster offen lassen und Nachts kühle Luft ins Haus lassen. Insgesamt ist es ein schönes Haus in einer ruhigen Lage für einen entspannten Sommerurlaub. Das Haus ist für sechs Personen ausgeschrieben, allerdings war schon für uns vier Personen die Menge des Geschirrs mangelhaft. Das Schlafsofa befindet sich in einem Durchgangszimmer, das die weiteren Zimmer mit dem restlichen Haus verbindet und somit unvermeidbar durchquert werden muss. Des Weiteren ist das WLAN sehr schwach und selten im ganzen Haus zu empfangen, so dass es schwierig war Tickets zu buchen und Ausflüge zu planen. Der private Pool ist sehr schön und wir haben ihn sehr gerne benutzt, jedoch wurden die Nutzungszeiten auf 10 bis 18 Uhr beschränkt. Davor und danach war der Pool abgeschlossen. Somit konnten wir ihn vor oder nach ganztägigen Ausflügen nicht nutzen. Dennoch hatten wir einen schönen Urlaub und haben uns gut erholt.

Cercavamo una sistemazione isolata per passare in tranquillità il capodanno tra amici e la casa di Gabriele si è rivelata perfetta. Il proprietario si è messo in contatto con noi dandoci le indicazioni per raggiungere la casa e al nostro arrivo ci accolto per il check in, lasciandoci anche una ottima crostata fatta in casa. La casa è molto pulita, sono presenti lenzuola, coperte e asciugamani in quantità; il wifi funziona molto bene. Abbiamo avuto la possibilità di gestire in autonomia la legna e il pellet per il riscaldamento e di usare il camino e il barbecue esterno per cucinare. E' un luogo ideale per passeggiare nella natura, rilassarsi e trascorrere qualche giorno lontano dal caos

Urlaub in den grünen Hügeln hinter Arezzo

Wir hatten schöne zwei Wochen im Casa Giorgio. Die Vermieter, wie auch deren Familie sind äußerst freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir wurden sehr sehr nett begrüßt und auf dem Tisch erwartete uns bereits ein süßes Willkommen aus dem Ofen wie auch feines aus den Weinbergen und Olivenhainen. Das Haus ist recht neu renoviert, sehr sauber und es ist alles da, was man braucht. Wir durften auch verschiedenes aus dem kleinen Betrieb der Familie verkosten, was alles absolut lecker war! Die Gegend lädt zu Wanderung in der Natur und zu Ausflügen in das nahe Arezzo und andere schöne Ortschaften der Umgebung und der ganzen Toskana ein. Die Zufahrt zum Haus ist typisch für die toskanischen Hügel und die Parkmöglichkeiten sind unweit des Hauses. Für gehbehinderte ist das Objekt allerdings nicht geeignet, da die wenigen Meter vom Parkplatz zum Haus für Rollstuhl oder ähnliches schwierig wären, für jeden anderen mit normaler Gehfähigkeit ist dies jedoch völlig unproblematisch. Wir danken Eveline, Gabriele und der ganzen Familie für einen schönen und erholsamen Urlaub

Czysto, cicho, romatycznie

Bardzo dobre miejsce do odpoczynku. Cisza, spokój, urocza przyroda jak i sam dom. Bardzo mili i uczynni gospodarze. Przywitali nas ciastem i winem, pomagali przy doborze lokalnych atrakcji i specjałów. Bardzo piękny dom, odnowione wnętrze, zachowujące klimat poprzednich epok. W pełni wyposażona kuchnia, łazienka, jest wifi, pralka. Bardzo spokojna okolica gaje oliwne , las - w nim trochę zwierząt /dzieci wypatrzyły małego dzika, borsuka, sokoła/ Można zrelaksować się ale też jest to dobry punkt wypadowy do Florencji , Sienny, Poppi, Anghiari czy nawet Asyżu. Z miłą chęcią będziemy tam wracać.
